This film is definitely not a wrong number!!! Aamir lived the role of PK
An intriguing tale, the story begins with PK (aamir) who happens to be an alien that comes to earth to study the human beings and lifestyle. But after reaching, he loses his tracker device through which he has to communicate to his spaceship. Not knowing the language, the people, PK has a tough time but he eventually finds a good friend in the form of Bhairav Singh (sanjay dutt). Few incidents occur and PK finds himself in Delhi in his search for tracker device. He is helped by Jagat Janani (anushka) in his search. What happens after that forms the rest.
The director has come up with a unusual storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was quite absorbing. The dialogues were well written. The script was above average and the screenplay made it lot better. The background score was melodious and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was crisp. Costumes were well designed to suit the backdrop while the art department was majestic. Aamir Khan has given a stellar performance and he stole the show, easily one of his career bests. Anushka Sharma was competent and did her best. Sanjay Dutt was superb. Saurabh Shukla and Boman Irani were not used to their fullest. Sushant Singh was effective. Others did their bit as required and added value.
The basic crux of the plot is quite interesting and it was a take on few beliefs of our society that have existed since centuries. While it has been blended with some satire, some humor and some emotion, there was some slack in energy. The first half goes about with elements of comedy, some interesting moments and the interval bang was interesting. The second half slows down a bit and takes the fizz away but it has its own share of bright moments, but predictability seeps in . Overall, this film seems to have an Oh My God, hangover as its story is quite similar. This is probably one of RKH weakest films, but thats saying a lot because the film is still great. Expectations where high and the films 1st half meet those expectations the film seemed humorous and pathbreaking, but the 2nd half syndrome does sep in. But still this film is a must watch for the films overall, message against how religious and some society norms are ridiculous, and for aamir's performance.

Watch the LIVING LEGEND preach on screen what he does in really life!!! Linga is a blockbuster... RAJNI SIR ZINDABAD
Linga (Rajini) is a petty thief surrounded by his friends (Santhanam, karunakaran and others) and he is approached by Lakshmi (anushka) who wants him to come to her hometown. The reason being, Linga is the grandson of the king Raja Lingeswara (Rajini again) and he has to open a temple which is locked since 70 years. But Linga hates his grandfather because he is left with nothing. But situations force him to go to that place. What happens from there forms the rest.
The director has come up with a good storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was very engaging. The dialogues were well written. The script was okay and the screenplay was energetic. The background score was upto the mark and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Graphics department did a very good job. Editing was crisp. Costumes were well designed to suit the backdrop and royalty while the art department was majestic. Rajnikanth was excellent in both his roles and he has is the main reason to watch the film.He is a living legend, one of the greatest actors and proves this with Lingaa again.Anushka looks nice and did her part well. Sonakshi is a natural beauty and she was effective. Santhanam brought few smiles. Karunakaran was okay. K Viswanath was graceful. Jagapathi Babu was apt. Falk Calumbo was good. Lauren Irwin was neat. William Orendorff was adequate. Others did their bit as required and added value.
When a superstar like Rajnikanth is in the lead, anything and everything goes beyond the aspect of analysis and is considered taken. In this film, the first half goes about with elements of some comedy, romance and some action. The interval bang was good and the second half was powerful and it touches the soul. Overall, the film works due to the Rajini factor and the pace leaving no dull moment. This film in a way is a reflection of Rajini sir itself because he preaches in the film what he has done, he helped this country progress, and has left his name in history forever. It would be obvious to state this film is a must watch, but to all Indians out there head to the theatre to watch this spectacle. A blockbuster!!!

Action Jackson (2014)
Yeh action aur JACKSON is strictly only for masala film lover, or fans of Devgn
Action Jackson is a story of Vishi and AJ fighting against bad goons and bashing them as they are hunting down AJ and his family..
Every Movie has it's pluses and minuses but here biggest plus is superb performance by Ajay Devgan and in some parts by Manasvi Mamgai who impresses in her debut she can go far. Sonakshi Sinha and Yami Gautam do the usual. It's direction where the film falls for Prabhudeva at least when compared to his own standard he gave in Wanted and Rowdy Rathore. Even the script is predictable but it's engaging screenplay which makes it quite intriguing. Dialogues are also worthy and even though film drags it never boring.
Biggest drawback is the films predicability and the film at times films like there is no story only masala. This might be because the film was made keeping only the masses in mind.
Overall it's a typical Masala Hindi film with good comedy thanks to Kunal Roy Kapoor, great action Devgns sword fight is to look out for, and some romance. A decent screenplay and good music makes it a fair venture. The film has no real good story, and this a complete critic free film because its a leave your brain at home affair.Go for it if you are Ajay Devgan or masala film fan.

Everyone put your UNGLI's in the Air, F**K a corrupt system!!!
Abhay (Randeep Hooda), Goti (Neil Bhoopalam), Maya (kangna) and Kaleem (Angad Bedi) are friends who form a gang to punish the corrupt system and its officials. In no time, they expand their antics and put their achievements on the internet. The police brings in a honest cop Ashok Kale (sanjay dutt) to catch the gang and he in turn gives this job to Nikhil (emraan) who hates the system but is very talented in catching culprits. What happens from there forms the rest.
The director has come up with a message oriented storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was gripping and breezy. The dialogues were well written. The script was average but the screenplay made it better. The background score was melodious and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was sharp. Costumes were stylish and well designed while the art department was natural. Sanjay Dutt was superb, Emraan Hashmi was excellent, Kangna was nice, Angad Bedi was apt, Neil Bhoopalam was natural. The one to watch out for is Randeep Hooda, he is a revelation. Neha Dhupia was highly seductive, Shiv was neat. Others did their bit as required and added value.
The idea of coming up with a theme to fight against the system is quite old but it has enough potential to appease the audience if packaged rightly. In this film, the first half breezes off smoothly without any hiccup and the interval bang is also interesting. But the second half brings down the momentum and few scenes that were Melo dramatic but paces picks up before the climax, and the climax is great . Overall, this film is told in a simple manner, the film may have some hiccups, but all withstanding the film never gets too preachy or serious, it talks about a serious topic, in a entertaining, and funny way. Its a noble attempt, and i recommend you watch Ungli its entertaining and talks over serious problem we all face a corrupt system. A welcome change from the masala entertainers seen each week.

Kill Dil (2014)
KKKK... KILL dil... Back to the 90s
Dev (ranveer) and Tutu (ali zafar) are professional killers who are raised from the streets by Bhaiyaji (govinda) and trained for that job. They look upon him like their God and at one point Dev ends up saving Disha (parineeti) who was once a criminal. His love for her grows and soon decides to quit his crime life to become a common man despite Tutu's objection. Knowing this, Bhaiyaji decides to reveal about Dev's past to Disha. The director has come up with an interesting storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was run of the mill. The dialogues were good some were seeti maar. The script was average and the screenplay could have been better. The background score was melodious and two songs were worth watching. Cinematography was effective. Editing was alright. Costumes were well designed to suit the backdrop while the art department was apt. Ranveer Singh was energetic, but we saw a lovable side of him in this film. Ali Zafar has given a talented performance. Parineeti Chopra looks cute and expressive, this film also shows her in her most sexiest avatar. The best among the lot was Govinda who still has not lost that fire and appeal in him.His eight minute monologue alone is reason enough to watch the film, it was fire.
Whenever a film is made, it has to be in right proportions in terms of its action, humor, romance. This film succeeds to a point, but its more of a masala entertainer reminiscent of the 90-80s .In this film, the first half goes about with elements of some comedy, some romance and some action. The interval bang was neat and the second half was good but ending was way too abrupt.Overall, Kill Dil is predictable and run of the mill, but its still entertaining and fun at many intervals. The ending to was abrupt but the film had Govinda in fine form....

Anupam Kher was at his best once again while Annu Kapoor was excellent, Piyush Mishra was perfect. Lisa Haydon was smoking hot and performed well. Akshay Kumar was the surprise package with impressive act. The rest did their bit as required.
The film is the remake of the yesteryears hit of the 80s and true to the original, it stood well. The first half goes about with elements of comedy, some glamour and well narrated layering of the plot. The interval bang was interesting and the second half had enough share of fun moments. Overall, this is a film which is somewhat offbeat but it had those situations which really tickle your funnybone. Overall an enjoyable comic fare, laced with hilarious moments, the film is made on sensitive topic, but nots vulgar at all. Recommended.

It is a huge challenge for any filmmaker to come up with a subject that justifies an ensemble cast and also provides the right kind of entertainment. In this film, the first half goes about with elements of humor, some romance and action as well. The interval bang was promising and the second half has a lot of dancing along with some amount of melodrama. Overall, this is a film which fits into the perfect masala potboiler and one should leave behind sensibilities and logic. A Diwali dhamka that the full family should enjoy, Farah Khan is back after TMK and yes this film will cross 200 crs.

The script was above average but the screenplay was average. The background score was melodious and songs were worth watching. Cinematography was efficient. Editing good. Costumes were well designed to suit the backdrop while the art department was colorful. Aditya Roy Kapur was excellent and he scores the brownie points. Parineeti Chopra looks sensuous and she did her bit as required. Anupam Kher was great as usual. Others had no scope.
Coming up with an interesting idea is very hard in the this day in age where in bollywood masala films are raking in all the moolah. It is here where Dir.Habib Fasial should be applauded for making a film on dowry even though it is light hearted and there is scope for a even better film on this subject. The first half revolves around elements of comedy, some romance and interesting moments. The interval bang was neat but the second half gets into a con drama which was not excepted and it needed to be more convincing. Overall, the film is very enjoyable, its entertaining and it tackles a serious subject in a light manner, barring a of couple unexpected not so convincing twists its a enjoyable watch for the whole family.
Mahesh Babu's most entertaining performance!!!! AAGADU
Shankar (mahesh) is an orphan who is brought up by Raja Ram (rajendra prasad) and his goal is to become a honest and tough cop. He achieves that but an incident separates him from Raja Ram. Meanwhile, Bokkapatnam is a place ruled by the dreaded gangster Damodar (sonu sood) and Shankar is transferred there to restore things. There, he meets Saroja (tamannah) and falls in love with her. The director has come up with a predictable storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was good and hilarious in parts. The dialogues were filled with many punches. The script was average but the screenplay was energetic. The background score was good but only two songs were worth humming. Cinematography was the main strength to this film. Editing was crisp. Costumes were well designed and stylish to suit the backdrop while the art department was majestic. This is a total Mahesh Babu show and the way he dominated in every scene is impressive. Tamannah was a vision of beauty and her glamour feast is delightful. Sonu Sood was good, Brahmanandam was a standout, M S Narayana was great. Vennela Kishore was great form.Nasser was hilarious also. The others did their bit as required and added value.
The film comes from the house of Sreenu Vaitla who is known for his rip roaring comedy entertainers with action. The first half was very good and breezes smoothly with elements of comedy, action and romance. The interval bang was promising. The second half was more focused on the action and revenge element. In Vaitla's movies humour is a big ace and in this film its no different, there are many LOL moments, and the beginning father son sentiment also works well .Overall, this is a film more for mass audience and Mahesh fans. And they will not be disappointed, yes the film is a clichéd commercial entertainer, but the film never has dull moment, there is either something hilarious on screen, or nice mass action, and Mahesh Babu has easily given his most entertaining act. A recommended watch for pure mass entertainment
