Since we are now in 2013, I'm just gonna take a moment to look back at my favorite movies that got released last year (there are some movies on here that people hated so please be respectful no matter how much you hate it)
"Vengeance" plot: One year after a childish, fast talking detective named Martin is shot by his "wife", a shy middle schooler named Jake and his sarcastic best friend Toby are invited to their crushes' birthday party but when Jake is learning about the shooting incident in his english class, he gets an offer in his english class that if he goes to the house where Martin got shot, he gets an A, he takes the offer but when he goes to the house, it turns out that Martin wasn't dead but actually unconscious for a year. Martin might have to shoot Jake because he doesn't want anyone to know that he's alive unless Jake does him a favor: shoot the man that's with his "wife". When Jake takes the offer out of nervousness and does it, Martin finds himself putting Jake as well as his self in a convoluted cat and mouse game including being tracked down by weird robots and crazy agents but when Martin's two partners brawny, monotone bachelor Dan and attractive, wisecracking, strong girl detective Kiely find out he's alive, Kiely is sent in to help Martin keep Jake safe as well as Toby, and save his friends and family that have been kidnapped by arch nemesis Greg. But does that mean Jake and Toby might miss their crushes' birthday party? What ensues is a crazy ride full of outrageousness, action, and unexpected twists. This description would make more sense if this was a real movie. I'm also undecided on who would play the crazy agents
