Just grab your tickets, take the kids and go in to see Nun because that's entice less fear than the horrific filmmaking and execution of this french Ya Veremos thingy that so wants to be up for Cannes, but so deserves to be rested on your video shelf, the one of 3 movies that never gets touched, cleaned and only gazed at in making the decision, but never drawn in by it's lure.
A movie without lure is no movie at all.
Came in with high standards, left feeling shattered, betrayed and completely slighted right in my soul. What in the world were the filmmakers doing? Nothing could be anymore insulting.
The Little Stranger? More like the Little Betrayer, and then some.
Who else agrees? I mean, how couldn't you?
it just keeps asking question after question after question. Make us turn the cheek, raise the left eyebrow and squirm in wonder.
The bad wonder, not the good stuff.
Such a shame, really wanted this to bang it out of the park, but sometimes it's just people don't know what they're in for.
I'm not quite sure what the vision was or the conflict of it's premise.
Can someone tell me? It's a little stranger, ok. Anything else.
Nope, and so it really made me toss my popcorn early and exit 15 minutes in. Because if we all know one thing about movies, is that they never get any better than where it started. Same problem here that I had with Rogue One. Just not worth the rest of the viewing.

What a name, and what a premise. Something extraordinarily flamboyant lingers within the meer pulsations of this endearing cluster. Sometimes you want to turn your leg, other times the armrest feels edgy. This movie gives off a seismic convection that no more hinders what it hasn't already achieved. It's a remedy. A flarity of a show. Other times the bathroom might do, but it keeps you, earnest. What comes next, what comes to the forth. But by the end, you know full well that nothing was achieved and everything failed in the vision it set out to fulfill. And yet, deep down, the feeling promises, a masterpiece of our time. And still have yet to let go and understand why, but that's what makes a good movie in 2018. As we all know.
