Good Fight Scenes, Bad Actors
Firstly watching the pilot had seemed to much like Chrispoher Nolan's Batman Begins which was off putting as it was like a cheesy copy of Batman Begins. The hero coming home and avenging his city with no pacing and rushed, the love interest working at a law firm that helps the weak and has great morals (how typical...) and the police being a big deal to the show but they have no character to them. All the characters have poor character introductions and development along with the cheesy acting from all the cast essentially the Green Arrow.
The theme of Arrow is very confusing with the drama and setting at times darkish and then lighter and also trying to add humour towards it (which is working, sorry). The law firm and police station set seems like a daycare place for the kids and seriously "if you're trying to make it like the Nolan theme then sick to it and have gritty sets and better quality actors". Take a look at Vampire Diaries & Supernatual, they have a dark theme towards it and quality drama and acting which are also my favourite shows.
The good part (and perhaps only) is the fight scenes to them. If they had spent as much consideration to the story and character as they did to the fights, then Arrow could reach its potential. And perhaps it's better than there newly CW shows like the horrible Beauty and the Beast and Emily Owens m.d.
Give one season or two
When I saw the trailer, it looked amazing and I was hoping it would be as awesome as many of JJ Abrams work and compete with the post apocalyptic future shows such as The Walking Dead (the God show) and Falling Skies and such.
But when I saw the pilot and I was hoping it wasn't true, it was just terrible! The story was a good situation but ruined with shitty sub story and acting (espeacially the female main character girl) throughout the first three episodes her character is simply as plain an fake, as she seeks revenge for her fathers death and brothers capture but nags the whole trip of her hissy fits and how she must rescue her brother but apparently has morals of not killing.
The story is terribly written as its sooo unrealistic unlike Walking Dead and boring stick situations and dramas
The Inbetweeners (2012)
It Gets Better
Firstly watching it was terrible with them copying from the UK version and the cast were terrible (except for Will's Mom). The first three episodes were overall complete rubbish as it was just copyrighted from the UK version, But from then on it began to be more original and new stories it actually is now watchable and has its moments.
Pros: Newer and Different stories (Ep 3-), More screen time for Will's Mom and
Cons: Copyed UK Version story (Ep 1-3), Bad unlikable main actors, the censorship when swearing, toned down jokes (not following to the inbetweeners tone)
P.S I may just be watching it because of Will's Hot Mom
