Third Watch (1999)
Third watch is a great show. It's nice to have something to watch that isn't so predicable and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Let's all be honest...there's a lot of crap on t.v. therefore, third watch is a life saver 10/10
Gothika wasn't the hard core horror I was looking for, but I guess it all depends on the person. None the less, it was a good thriller and I'm glad I saw it in theaters. It did have it's creepy moments. *slight spoiler* Charles S. Dutton plays Halle's Husband in the movie and I will say that I felt soooooo bad when everybody gasped in disgust when they kissed. Don't get me wrong... I love charles as an actor but he wasn't a realistic match for halle. Cruz is an excellent actress in this film. 9/10
The Fighting Temptations (2003)
The Fighting Temptations is a light hearted fun film with great music and a touching story. True, some people aren't exactly academy award winning actresses yet but it was still good for what it was. I will say that I respect Cuba Gooding Jr. more as a serious actor but he has a right to have fun and be goofy from time to time...I liked it.
Lost Souls (2000)
What is the point of this film? To tease the audience? This entire film does nothing but say "hey hear is a bunch of scary noises and screams something interesting is happening behind this door but we're not going to show you!" the audience waits for hours for something that finally happens in the last five minutes of the movie. When it finally happens it's two easy and very uneventful. (Spoiler) it would have been more interesting if this man became the devil earlier on in the movie. That would have made it harder for Winona Ryder's character and it would have provided at least an once of suspense for the audience. Instead we were all like..."What...that's it?" this movie had the potential to be a better film but it just simply wasn't. We're suppose to be dealing with an extremely evil power and all it took was one bullet...come on! Ryder should have stolen a better script.
