I did know it was a different kind of origin story, but jeesh it was so dull!
Seeing all the positive reviews here I think I must be the only one!
Phoenix was acting his ass off for sure, but it was just not my cup of tea I guess.

I watched it with my brother last night and must say it is not the best Marvel movie. But that doesn't mean it is a bad movie. It's a bit slow at some points but de action is just great. But this is also the case with all Marvel origin stories. You have to explain alot and Captain Marvel is not a famous caracter like Spiderman or Captain America so you need to give her a good foundation. So while the storytelling is a bit slow it never becomes boring. The last 30 minutes are just awesome, Brie Larson is adorable, tough and badass at the same time. Wait untill you see her in Endgame, she will kick even more ass! I'm in!

I really like this serie. Hooked from episode 1. Clayne Crowford was of course in his best role as Martin Riggs. And I also was sceptical when I heard he was replaced by Seann William Scott. But I must say I really like him in his role as Wesley Cole. Good thing they made a whole new caracter and not make him play Martin Riggs. So give Lethal Weapon a chance with the new direction, I for one think it's still a great series. And Seann William Scott has now really shaken of the Stiffler side of him!

Just a good movie with all your favourite caracters. Great action, great fun. If you have to name the biggest flaw it would be that it came out a few years to soon. But I think Warner just got a bit anxious after the Avengers and were afraid to miss out on the hype and money of course. Some more standalone movies like a solo Batman and Flash before Justice league would have been a benefit. But all things considerd, good effort!

I really liked it, don't know what all the hate is about. I'm actually a Marvel fan from when I was 7 or so, but Superman and Batman together in 1 movie? Just great. And personally I like Ben Affleck even better than Christian Bale as Batman. So just watch and enjoy, I know I did!
