Wrist Lock: The Martial Arts' Influence on Police Use of Force (2022)
An Absolute MUST SEE!
I can't say enough about how important and on point Wrist Lock is. Every law enforcement agency should be using this film to educate command staff and to use in training. With so much talk about better training in the departments, Wrist Lock holds the answers on how to get there. It's honest approach to every aspect of focusing on healthy Officers, physically and mentally, is factual and must be addressed in order to ensure that law enforcement is in fact taking care of their men and women but you don't have to depend on your department. Watch Wrist Lock and make the choice to be the healthiest officer and person you can be. Jason Harney has done an outstanding job with his film. Job well done!
