An average show
Aaah Heroes... Used to be such a good show. Here's a great example of a show that should have lasted 2 seasons, but was extended to 4. Just like Prison Break or several other series, it is obvious that the producers simply ran out of ideas. Season 3 was boring. Season 4 was even more boring. Although the suspense is present, the comedy is bad, and the emotion isn't always there. Heroes is pretty much an average show. Nothing seems real, things seem a little cheap, and every single human in the show seems to have superpowers. What happened to New York City and that "bomb"? Nobody will ever know... My advice is: it isn't worth less than 6/10, but if you want to see a great TV show just watch The Wire or The Walking Dead.
The Cleveland Show (2009)
Message to Fox.
Anyone remember King of the Hill? The TV series about nice-guy propane salesman Hank Hill and his family? Remember? Man was it good! But why did it get cancelled? Oh, right, to make space for The Cleveland Show. Now let me tell you what TCS really is: boring, not funny, simply pointless. Also, let me ask you a question: is a TV show without any action, suspense, comedy or emotion worth watching? Of course not! Well then, Fox shouldn't still be running The Cleveland Show. What a disappointment, what a shame, what an insult to Seth McFarlane's intelligence. I mean, Family Guy is so funny and I love it, but I think McFarlane should consider TCS as a mistake in his career, a minor bump, as he is wasting time and energy on this. The characters aren't appealing in any way, the show being centred around already-boring Cleveland Brown makes it even more boring. I am unpleased that King of the Hill was cancelled for that. Please bring it back, please! Thank you.
Firehouse Dog (2007)
Good but a lot of mistakes...
A fun movie to watch BUT several mistakes about firefighting in this movie. Too many in my opinion.
1.Engine 55 is fake. It has no real horns, no real siren.
2.All the firefighting equipment in this city are different (truck decals, helmets, fire coats)
3.There is a rescue truck in the fire station, but it is only used at the beginning of the movie... Also, WHO DRIVES THIS RESCUE TRUCK ? There are four guys in the hole station, who all ride in Engine 55. Nobody drives the rescue truck. It is completely useless.
4.What city is this ? No city name is seen in the hole movie.
I watched this show yesterday on OLN and they were investigating sightings of rods(strange creatures seen in pictures that are long and that can fly very fast). Not only did I find this show fascinating, but brilliant and well-planned. Who doesn't want to go look for Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster ? By watching MonsterQuest, you actually see people looking for them, all from your living room. What if Bigfoot REALLY existed ? What if it wasn't a legend ? Tonight, there is a show on sightings of jaguar-like creatures in West Virginia and New York and I will watch it for sure ! A well-deserved 9 on 10 for MonsterQuest. Excited to watch the next episodes !
UFO Hunters (2008)
Very Interesting !
I have seen some bad reviews about this show, and I still don't understand why. UFO Hunters is a good TV show that investigates UFO cases, based on sightings, testimonies and videotapes by witnesses. Sure the show isn't perfect, but I find it very interesting and I think that it should be the same for anybody who has a great curiosity. Come on people, don't tell me the investigation of mystery cattle mutilations with no footprints around and sharp precision cutting of body parts isn't interesting to see... Most of the cases are very interesting to see and are worth watching. After watching this show, I was surprised of how many cases of UFO sightings were actually reported in the US these past ten years. And believe me, this show isn't pre-scripted.
