Syriana (2005)
A must see masterpiece, don't dare to miss that one
I just saw it and I am stunned! From the beginning to the end it overwhelms you with the shocking reality about the USA politics and actions in the Persian Gulf.If I had the chance, I would rate this amazing film with an extra star if I could. Brilliant plot, sharp and professional directing, the camera views make give extra realism to the story and make you feel a part of it. I am glad that such big Hollywood stars are brave enough to participate in such a project. It's very rear to see brilliant movies, but when you do, you feel glad that the TV was invented(and the camera and the mike of course, and such good actors and directors and writers were born, so a great idea can be brought to live). I beg all of you- buy this movie and show it to as many people as possible!!!

Save your money, the movie is horrible
Please, everybody, save your money and skip this one. I usually don't write reviews but I am so disappointed that I really want to protect every body from this garbage. The 3D is even beyond horrible and I had to pay extra for it. The entire movie is blurry because it was shot in 2K resolution(1080p-tv format) instead of 4k(cinema high definition for big cinema screen). So when you stretch this 2k image on a cinema screen this big, the picture looses shape, sharpness, color, brightness, contrast and whatever quality else. The same thing happens with the 3d-totally gone. The plot-none! Even the famous director Tarsem Singh-known for the movie "The Fall", did a huge fall himself, failing to bring any quality on this project.
Don't spend your money on viewing this 'movie', for the simple reason that the movie studio didn't want to invest any money into making this movie. They couldn't afford even a real cinema camcorder, so they shot the entire movie in a low resolution format that looks blurry on the big screen after it has been stretched, and they didn't even position the camera lenses right for a proper 3D, so the images were not perfectly overlaid witch causes huge anger in your brain, that struggles to render the images coming through your eyes!!!
I am getting the feeling that the major movie companies are not taking the audiences seriously, so they really try to make fool of us by making us pay for some mediocre school project videos, shot on something similar to a cell phone camera by bunch of first graders! That is the case with this very movie!!! I am so angry that i paid $14 for this 'youtube' video called "Immortals"!!!

This is one of these movies that only come once in a great great while and leave your soul with the burden of a lifetime experience. It will charge you up and it will brake you to pieces...No words to describe... Can't find a way to define...Why so strongly do we want to live when the meaning of life is so overpoweringly indefinite, vague, woolly, unclear, unspecific and unfixed!?... BECAUSE IT'S OVERPOWERING!!!
I beg you please, do yourself the favor of seeing this Leviathanic Achievement in the Art of Cinematography!!! Your heart will melt completely when at the end the film reveals you that this is the biographical memoir of the philosopher and writer Raimond Gaita! Please, believe me now, when I say that I am completely overwhelmed by the emotions the movie left me with and this is the reason to be writing this review/message. I am an independent individual not involved with or paid by any movie production or company related to the the film .

The Film "In The Land Of Blood And Honey" is not just a movie event but a historical triumph. I dare to predict that this masterpiece will become a part of every school curriculum and a major exhibit in every historical museum. Every individual with a little bit of self-respect should see this powerful revelation. I also dare to say that this movie alone automatically puts Angelina Jolie among the greatest film directors in movie history and not only that but the fact that she is also the writer and the producer of this brilliant piece of art makes her something even more- a colossus! Big Hollywood directors with a few dozen of hit movies can only dream to produce a film this big. That's not just a lifetime achievement but a giant leap forward for the entire mankind!
