Sandy Wexler (2017)
Well, this movie was bloody awful.
I had been really excited to watch this. A couple of weeks ago, I watched one of the Sandler Netflix movies and really liked it. Then, last week, I watched his other two. Now, they were weird. But, you don't see movies like them anymore. They were fun.
I started this one last night. First thing I did, was hit the button on my Apple TV remote, to see how long it was. 2 hours and 10 minutes. I said "this movie is way too long." Thought I said that, I felt as if there was not enough time. Let me explain below.
The first thing, they go back and forth, between the story and actors talking about how they knew the character. I almost stopped the movie, at about fifteen minutes, because of this. It throws the story off. How can you get into a story, when it is constantly stopped?
Another thing about the people being shown, talking about the character, there were to many stars. Well known ones at that. So many different actors, writers, singers and everything else, your mind started thinking so much about the stuff they had been in or created, that it only further pulled you away from the main story.
Second, Sandlers voice. My God, I mean, it was so annoying. I thought, I hope to hell, this is not going to go on, the entire movie. Oddly, it did stop for a few minutes. Then, right back to it.
Not just the voice, but the big glasses he had on. It just felt like I was watching a skit the entire time. Never once, did I feel anything for the character or believe any of the story at all.
Next, as I said, I liked his other three movies. They were slapstick kind of films. Ones that you knew, would have odd humor and that required very little thinking. That is what I enjoyed about them. But, they tried to do the same thing with this movie. It did not work, at all. Why they didn't just make this into a drama/romance, is beyond me. You realize at the end, that the main story, of the two people, seemed almost like an afterthought.
On top of that, the two characters, did not have any kind of connection what so ever. The only way that I could tell at all, that they were supposed to really like each other, is by the facial expressions of the female character, when she looked at the male character.
If they wanted to have "clients," talk about the character, they should have had one, talking at the beginning. Then say, OK, here is his story.
The thing about two people, playing out a star crossed love story, over a decade, does not happen at all. The problem is, there seems to have been multiple stories in this movie. Different clients. They spent far too much time, with each of those characters.
The best part of this movie for me, was during the end credits. We hear Sandlers character and another character, talking on the phone. Then we get to see them. That was the only thing I enjoyed from this movie.
I will say, I looked and I had watched an hour and thirty-three minutes. I started to like it. At first that is. That is because the two main characters, seemed to have time on screen together.
The Ridiculous 6 (2015)
A fun movie that requires you only to sit and laugh.
I've had Netflix for a few years. I've used it twice. Haha. I decided, last week to check out an Adam Sandler movie. This week, I watched his other two. This movie I watched last night.
I will not tell you what it is about. You can read that other places. I will say this. It did make me laugh. It very much reminded me of a Mel Brooks movie. When I first watched Hogh Anexiety a few years ago, I thought it was amazing. I told myself that I wanted to write movies like that. But, I convinced myself that movie like that were no longer made. Turns out they are.
An Oscar film, this is not. But, it is dumb humor. It made me laugh a lot.
From the three of his films I have watched, this would be ranked three on my list. But, from watching his movies, I am so excited to see the one coming out in a week.
One of the best things about these, is that it just seems like him and the cast are having fun. Keep it up. I am excited to see more.
I love the 80s. I was born in 85. I saw this was coming on and was super excited. I recorded and watched the first episode.
I don't know, it WAS interesting. I just kind of feel like it dragged on. There is another show on. I will not say the name. But, it talks about generation X. (wink wink) To me, that show is much better. When I watch that, I learn so many interesting things. Not just about one thing, but about a number of different things. Also, I think the fact that is an hour long, helps the show. You have perfect time to learn.
I will record and check The Eighties out again. But, part of me lost interest in it, halfway through the first episode.
Taxi Brooklyn (2014)
What a bad show. This had bad acting, stupid story and no connection with any of the characters.
I actually have no clue what happened in this show. I mean, as far as story goes. What told me that this would be the only time I watched this, is when the cop let the guy go twice, THEN, she had him sitting there, listening to all the evidence and stuff the police were talking about.
Sure MR. Criminal, you can listen. Would you like it if I few you a map, gave you pictures of all the people and made a copy of all the evidence?
That is what it seemed like to me. One of the worst things I have ever seen. It was just awful.
I love improv.
Comedy is my thing. I think improv is great. I am all for new shows that involve both. But, this show sucked. Honestly, I think the thing that most took away from the fun of this show was the guy talking. I just wanted him to shut up. Plus, everything seemed a bit set up. Maybe this is not the network or the time slot for this show. I will try again. But it really let me down.
The end had me laughing the most. Like the last 10 minutes or so. I was thinking about it. It was almost like I was watching a bunch of people messing around when they were bored. It just all seemed some what lame. But, as I said, I will try it again. Maybe I will end up loving this show. I guess only time will tell.
This review will go in steps. Some of the things may not be needed, but here goes.
I have always used Windows PCs. My grandparents got me an HP with Windows 98 back in 98. I learned a lot about it. I learned how to build a PC and do many of the things that can be done in Windows. Windows is kind of like Jeans. Many people have them. They all look the same and are great for their purpose. My mom got me a book one day. It was the Steve Jobs biography. This may sound cliché, but it completely changed my life. It changed the way I look at things, the way I react to things, the way I think and the way I operate. I will have the money to get my first Mac Pro in October. I am very excited.
The book, Steve Jobs biography, talked about a man who was such a genius. He saw things the way he wanted them to be. He did not let others opinions or feelings stop him. He had his reality distortion field. He thought he could will people to do what he wanted. It worked for a long time. It may have even led to him not getting rid of his sickness. He could look at things that other had or wanted to create and he could see. He could see what that thing COULD be. A man with a design sense that was almost super hero like. He helped create some of the most amazing things the world has ever seen. He had his flaws though. That which made him so different also made him somewhat of a jerk. His lack of emotions and heart more than likely come from him being given up for adoption. He went to India and said it changed his life. He got very sick there and almost died. He helped with Apple, NeXT, and Pixar. He was part of so many important things. Whether or not you agree with his ways or like him, you can not deny he helped create some amazing stuff.
All that being said, as sad as I am to say it, the movie sucked. As good as the actors are, who played the roles, the acting seemed so over done. You could tell they were all acting. It was like watching a play with high school students. My mom and I went to see it. I actually almost asked her if she wanted to leave. On top of that, they skipped so many important things in this movie. Parts of his life that were all part of the big picture. His phone hacking thing, bootlegs of Dylan music, him realizing he was smarter than his parents, him meeting his mom, his sister, Pixar, his not blinking when he talked to people and his getting sick in India. There may be more. But those are the things that come to my mind. It just seemed like you were watching clips. It ever seemed like I was watching a movie. It just drug on and on. They did not seem to get into his personal story, but his business story instead. He had two persona's. The hippie and the business man. They did not show that at all. It was such a let down. I would not recommend this movie to anyone out there who wants to learn about Jobs. Read the biography. It was very well done. There are so many important things in the book that the movie just left out. That is why, as sad as I am to do it, I gave this movie a 1 out of 5.
Oh, I almost forgot to add this. Not one of the characters had any kind of chemistry what so ever. It was like the actors just walked in, read from their scripts and had no thought of making their characters real at all.
Whose Line Is It Anyway? (2013)
Is there an evil old man in my house?
My step father had to actually close the door I was laughing so loud. I watched this as I exercised. It was just like the old show. But for the new host. I liked her very much. She did some jokes and I felt bad that many didn't laugh. She did fast stuff. She had a limited time I guess. I laughed more at the first two episodes, than I have in freaking years. Oh my god is was so funny. This show is one that you can watch many, many times and laugh each one.
Something I thought at first was that they dragged out the explanation to much. They spent so much time explaining the scene. But I think that was just the fact that I have a cold or flu, making my senses be all out of whack.
I did notice that the special person who is sitting on the stage with them got like no time at all to be in skits. They seemed to have them there to be in something for like 4 minutes and that was it. I guess they know what they are doing and the three guys are perfect together. But I just felt like I missed something by not seeing more of the guest. As for the letting the celebrity take the thing over, I do not think that is true. They were just a special part of the show. The guy from Glee was funny. I have always thought he has the best voice of any of the people on that show. He has a soulful Harry Conic JR. voice. Come on man, put out an album. It was odd to see him out of the chair they have him in on Glee. I think he should come back. He was very funny.
In the end, this was one of the best things I have seen in a long time. I laughed so much at the stuff. If I could get a season pass for this show, I would a.s.a.i.c. I almost wonder if the show would be better if it were an hour long? Give them more time to do stuff. But, they know what they are doing. I am happy they have this show on TV again. I will watch and tell others about it. Good job CW!!!!
Family Tools: Pilot (2013)
This show just plain sucks!
I saw this show on TV one day. I saw a comer hail for it. I like Remini and the other two guys on here. That is to say they are actors I've liked in other things. I watched a preview online last night. The first thing I said to myself was "we'll, it was I retesting at first." I got and have a feeling this will last for 8 episodes.
There were quite a few problems with this show. First, why is Reminis character wearing so many cloths? It is like they are hiding her. Also, why do they have SO much makeup on her? It is distracting. Two, what the hell, most of the characters look like they are within 10 years of each other. Does that make any sense? I mean, the mom, son, sister, they all look the exact same age. I kept forgetting who the heck everyone was. They should have done a better job at picking the actors out. Third, why do I feel like I watched an episode that was in the middle of something? It is like I've missed a season of people growing to hate one another. Fourth, the episode moved in weird timing. It was like I was watching a bad skit show. Like the flash back scenes on Family Guy. Fifth, Remini has a dad who is crazy, died not listen and thinks he is better than everyone. I thought his name was Arthur? She treats her dad like he is a child. It was again distracting. There were far to many things happening in the thirty minute pilot episode. I have no clue what I watched. I will watch again. I always give things a second chance. But I just have a feeling this is already being canceled. At least the network tried something new and a bit odd.
Glee: Shooting Star (2013)
I got such a weird feeling with this episode.
Wow!!!! This was one of the best episodes of Glee I have seen. I saw online that some think this is to soon after the shootings that have happened. But I do not feel that way. Tragedy happens 24/7 365 days a year. There is no way to time something when you are dealing with something that humans create. This also highlighted my main problem with the "gun control" thing. I am all for making things more organized. Those complaining about it just need to relax. You can still have guns. You will just have to put more work towards getting them. Someone who is 40 would not join a group of 16 year olds trying to make the legal drinking age 17, for the fact that the 40 year old can already drink. You see? The episode was about shots fired at the school. The Glee club locked themselves in their classroom. They were fine, BUT, the things that happened will shock you. I just kind of froze. It was very interesting and will be on your mind for a while after you see it. The thing that they did was point out the fact that as long as PEOPLE can get guns, people can get guns. It does not matter how long of a wait you are on to get a gun. A man who has been 100% his entire life can wait 12 months and go through all kinds of tests and steps to get a gun. But as long as EVERYONE else can use the same gun, that man becomes millions of men and women. That is what I liked about this episode. People can feel bad, sad or think there no other way out and things can happen. This was a very good episode.
Haunted Collector (2011)
Stop thinking so much.
This is a neat show. I am sure this could be a half hour show, but they really get you into the story. Some say it is fake because they always find stuff in weird places. Maybe that is just what they do. I mean, it's not like they go into a best buy and find a 500 year old dagger. They go into older places with a history. Now, they may find the stuff before the show and just leave it there until they record, but I don't think so. I really like this show. I am about to get season 1 from iTunes Very cool in a non creepy, more interesting way. I will admit that sometimes, the people can be a bit....OVER dramatic. But that just adds to my belief that they are not actors. It is really hard to act like your NOT acting. They just seem like normal people who got their own show. Give them a chance!!!!
Psych: Santabarbaratown 2 (2013)
The magic was missing.
Psych has been one of my favorite shows from the first few episodes. I really like the characters, stories and pop culture stuff. That being said, I hated the first episode of the new season. Firstly, all the characters seemed so far apart. They seem to have lost their connection. It was like they all showed up, did their lines and left. Then, they have this new thing they do when Spencer "sees" something. They make the thing he sees bigger. I did not like that. Fans of the show know that he sees things. Why dumb it down? Then, what is with all the stuff Spencer was doing? Did they forget that he is just a regular guy who has high observation? They made him seem like a damn marine. Maybe it is because of the fact that it has been so long since I saw the last episode of the show. Maybe it is because that after waiting so long, they ended it so simply. I thought it may be because I read the show probably has two seasons left, and it made me think to much. I'm not sure, but I hope the rest of the episodes go back to the way they were.
Oh, I thought also that it could be they are showing the character is growing up. I believe there is a far better way to do it though. But, I don't write for the show. So it is what it
Last Man Standing: Voting (2012)
What happened to THIS show?
My family and I like this show. I watched Home Improvement when I was little and really like Tim Allen. That being said, when this episode first came on, my family and I thought we had missed an entire season of the show. They have a new girl playing the oldest daughter. She looks like she could be the mother of the youngest daughter of Allens character. The guy who plays the person who had the kid with her is played by someone who looks far to old to play the part as well. Even the kid who plays the daughters kid is to old. Last season he was an infant. Now he is like 8 - 10. What the hell is going on? I will watch another episode. I hate when a show talks about political stuff, so i will say that is why I did not like it. But I think it's because of the new cast. It did not fit. It seems like a different show. To bad. This show was really good at first.
South Park: Sarcastaball (2012)
Oh yea Cee-Los great. I love all his hit song.
hahahahahahahahahahaha This was one of the funniest things I have never seen. I don't think there was a minute that I was not laughing. The stuff they did in the episode, I can not believe they were allowed to do. Good for you Comedy Central. Besides some of the more shocking stuff, there really was an interesting part as well. It has to do with one moron thinking and saying something is bad, and a bunch of other morons agreeing and joining in. Like how a certain unnamed fast food place now has apple slices. It's like OK, a kid goes in and gets a double hamburger, extra large fries, an extra large coke, medium chocolate shake and an apple pie. Then he gets a pack of four apple slices and the world thinks he's fine. hahah ridiculous. Great episode. It is in the top 10 funniest things I will ever see in my life. After all these years, they still make me laugh.
Glee: Britney 2.0 (2012)
Well, there surely was no glee when watching this episode.
OK, there MAY be spoilers in this. MAY BE SPOILERS!!!!
MAY BE SPOILERS!!!!MAY BE SPOILERS!!!!MAY BE SPOILERS!!!! ---- I really like Glee. My mom and I watch it. So we started watching this episode and after about 15 minutes, I almost could not stand it. They had so many different things going on. Back and forth, back and forth. OK, I will break down the things that bugged me.
First, why are we seeing the characters that are no longer going to that school? Are they going to come back into the Glee club so how? If not, keep them out. Speaking of people no longer in the Glee club, it seems Rachel's character now had breasts. OK, that's either because they thing she should look more like a mature woman, or it just happened, but it's odd.
Then, how could the two characters afford the placer they are staying? I am sure they said how during the episode, but I was just trying not to turn it off, so I must have missed it.
OK, so the guy joined I think the Army. Rachel's character is SO into him. All she does is think about him. Then, at the end she is painting over his name. Is that all it takes? Not being able to talk to someone and you say forget them? That was kind of dumb.
Now for something that really bothered me. Brittney is going through a mental break down and they decide to cure it by singing Brittney Spears songs to her? Really? They make the Brittney character far to stupid for me to care about or want to see ANYTHING with her in it. Just end her character already. That or make her act like a normal human being.
Oh, the singing. There was far to much of it. Now I am aware that Glee is a singing show, but it has been a while since there was so much of it. It just never felt like the right tome for them to sing. That got really annoying.
New characters. OK, it's cool that there are new characters in the show. Some left, so you have to fill the spots. But, why did they just put them in as if they had been there since the first episode? Come on, make them work for it.
I think the first episode of the last season felt the same way. They need to have one basic point of the episodes. Stop showing the characters that are no longer in the Glee club, or let them come back for some reason. Don't just drop them in at random. If your going to have them sing, make it be about or for something. Any moron can walk around singing. I do it all the time. Finally, if they are going to add new characters, don't just think of a 10 minute thing that adds them to the group. Make a good back story. I hope the rest of the season gets better. I really liked this show since the pilot episode.
Sullivan & Son (2012)
A really funny show.
I saw a preview for this show and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. It is really funny. It may be more of a dry humor, but that is the best kind. It reminds me of something from the 90s. I see some people saying it was politically incorrect, who cares? Everything can't be sugar coated. So, if you didn't like it, you have no reason to watch. But I am glad it's on. I hope it stays one!
All I can say is give the show a chance. It really is a funny show. It has a fun cast and goofy characters. This is one of those shows that I think would be perfect to get on DVD. It seems like a great show to watch when you do not want to or feel like thinking. It's just funny. So, as I did, try it out!!!!
Good Luck Charlie (2010)
I Fiosed a movie on Disney a week or so ago and really liked it. Then I saw this movie called Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas. So I decided to try a second Disney movie. It was So cool. It was full of funny stuff that made me laugh as well as think about important stuff and my family. I liked the movie so much that I just got the first volume in HD from iTunes. I miss shows like this. I was born in 85 and I remember so many cool movies and shows. Last night my family and I watched the first episode of Full House. I got the series box set and this show makes me feel the same way that show did. I hope this show goes on for a while. If it ever comes out on DVD or Blu Ray, I will buy it.
Showing tragedy through one child's eyes.
My mom wanted to see this movie. So, we went to see it. I had no clue what it was about. I am glad though that I got to see it. I do not want to give anything away, so I will keep it short and simple. A boy who lives in New York has to deal with the effects of 9/11. He has to deal with 9/11 past, present and future. All while trying to solve something that was left for him. A quest. The quest may end with him finding a treasure, or may help him deal with things of a higher level. You see how the things that happened on 9/11 really effected a person and what the people that person exists with do and feel. This was a great movie. It did a lot without throwing to much at you. It was simple, slow and easy to feel. I started crying at the end. If you like good movies, go see this.
The Adventures of Tintin (2011)
This may be the most realistic animated movie I've ever seen.
My mom and I decided to see this movie and I would actually forget I was watching something that was not real. The movie is about a boy named Tintin. He does things for the news as a reporter. One day while him and his dog are out he sees something at an outdoor market. He sees a wooden ship. He decides to buy it. It seems that there are others who want this ship. A couple of people offer him money for it, but he refuses. Throughout the movie he discovers just why the ship is so valuable, while having a fund, intense adventure and meeting a new friend.
This was such a cool movie. I didn't get bored at any point. I actually forgot I was in a theater. I felt like I was watching Pirates of the Caribbean. That is how intense I was. Now, don't think it is all action. There are parts that get a bit slower. My mom actually fell asleep during one of these parts. But, it has to be that way to tell you the story. You get to hear an interesting story while at the same time watching it unfold before your eyes. My mom and I saw this in standard, not 3D. But wow, in 3D I think this movie would be absolutely amazing. When the ships are going in the water or a fight scene comes on, it would probably blow your mind. I think the movie had a good mix of action, mystery and adventure. I never really felt like I was getting to much or to little of any of them. At the end, it seems like they left it open for another movie. Which is a great thing because this was one of the coolest movies I've seen.
Pan Am (2011)
Maybe my head had a lack of oxygen
I FIOSed this last night. I like the people in the show. I had no clue what to expect. After about 15 minutes, I said out loud "what the hell am I watching?" Then after another 15 or so minutes I came to the realization that the show really had no point. There were far to many things going on for a 40 some minute pilot. You had one lady leave, another who was in trouble be asked to take her place, something with the government, man asked someone to marry him who may have done something other than what people thought she did, run away, a girl who was sleeping with a man who happened to be cheating on his wife, and another girl leave her wedding with another girl who she likes as a friend or more. While it was hard enough to see this as anything more than a clip show (that is what it reminded me of) you have the pilot remembering something that him and the other crew on the plane did for the government. At the end I thought to myself has been going on in the past forty minutes? Unless this show has one main plot and sticks with just that, I will not watch again. I took it off my DVR. I will give it another try. But it seems to me like a show in which the writers have a hundred ideas and instead of picking one, they pick numerous ones.
I am excited about all the new shows this season. But I do not feel as if I nor anyone else should have to waste their time with a show that so randomly goes back and forth between numerous stories in one episode.
2 Broke Girls (2011)
This show seems very rough.
I decided to FIOS a bunch of new shows this season. Since most of the shows I watched were canceled. I did laugh at parts. Some seemed unfunny, though I think they were the parts that I have seen over and over on previews of the show. They had some sexual jokes that were amusing. One of the things I like about this show is that it almost looks like it is taped live. It has a real raw and gritty, early 90s look to it. I told my mom to try and she didn't like it. She said she didn't think it would last. I hope it does. Actually, of all the new shows I have seen this season, none seem like they will last. I guess only time will tell.
After thinking for a while, I really do not think I will be able to watch this show. I will try it one more time though. There are a few reasons why. One is because of the odd moments when they used sexual humor. Now, I have nothing against humor like that, but it just didn't seem to fit. Another thing is the audio. Now, I have the hearing of a bat. But, I could hardly understand what the girl was saying half of the time. I can only think it will make watching the show a chore. Another thing is the fact that they drag one joke on for to long. Let me give you an example. Knock knock, whose there? Boo, boo who? don;t cry baby. OK, now that was a stupid joke that lasted a second. What this show seems to do is have humor that for ten of fifteen seconds would be fine, that they drag on and on. Even if the joke was funny, after they keep going with it, there is no chance that it can remain laughable. So, as I said, I will give it another try. But I have a feeling I will be deleting it from my FIOS.
House of Payne (2006)
Feels like your watching a show from years ago. A classic.
I got the first season from amazon right after Christmas of 2010. I watched the first episode and didn't really like it. I was going to sell it. I decided to give it a second chance, and I am glad that I did. The show is based on the life of the Payne family. You get to see all the things that happen to them in their lives. It almost makes you feel like your watching a real family. Episodes make you laugh, cry and get angry. They deal with real issues. I was really surprised to see the review of this show. I think this show takes getting used to. It is almost like a play. It has a weird feel to it. I know there are some who will give up and not care. But if you stick with it, you may just find a great show that feels like a TV classic.
Bob's Burgers (2011)
A great new show that I hope will last.
New things come and go and many are easily forgotten. There are so many shows now a days. It's hard to keep track of the good with all of the carp that some how makes it into our homes. I am so glad to say that Bobs Burger is one of those shows that you will be happy found it's way. Many things made this show be added to my favorite list and my DVR. Firstly, I love the animation. Instead of trying to look like Family Guy, The Simpsons or King of the Hill, this show stands out as looking completely different. It is gritty and looks like something that would have been on MTV in the mid 80s or early 90s. That makes me like it even more. I am writing a kids book and seeing stuff like this makes me feel good. Not everything has to look so polished. Another thing I like is the dark humor. It is the kind of thing that if you stop paying attention for just a minute, you won't get something later. I actually laughed out loud at this time after time. Which is rare these days. Something else I like about this show is the people doing the voices. Especially H. Jon Benjamin. The story I saw was really funny and memorable. All these things make me really excited about the next episode.
I must say though, I have a bad feeling Fox is going to boot this show. It just does not fit in with there other shows. Everything on Sunday nights looks the same. This seems like it would fit better on Adult Swim or Comedy Central. So let us all hope Fox is smart and keeps this show on. I am already excited about getting a season pass and buying it on Blu Ray when it is available!!!!
Regular Show (2009)
Such a funny show
I saw the preview of this a few months before it was on. I was excited when I finally fiosed it and got to watch. It is so funny and simple to understand. Once you watch an episode or two you can almost tell what the main characters are going to do in when things happen. They are easy to like and laugh with. I was born in 85 and I have not been as excited about a cartoon in a long time. Go cartoon network go. I also like the new scooby doo cartoon as well as tower prep. Cartoon network is making great shows that people of any age can enjoy. It is good to know that shows are being made that families can watch together. So, go watch!!!!
The Good Guys (2010)
The Good Guys are not that great!!!!
I recorded this on FIOS. I like Colin Hanks, so I thought I would give this a try. Wow, I didn't know if it was trying to be funny or serious. It was like a black comedy that you make the mistake of seeing in a theater then you want your money back. It was so weird. It kept going to different random things and parts of the story. Then the end. WOW, it was completely crazy and gave any chance of me watching a second episode a shot in the head. I knew from the very beginning of the episode when the guy said something like you "sons of a whore" then he started shooting them, that this was going to be stupid. Some will like it. I thought it was going to be a either a serious show or a comedy. I'm not sure what it is.
Hanks plays a straight arrow cop who wants to be put into another part of his job. He does not like having to be with his partner. Who is a drunk and never takes anything seriously. What? You saw that before on a movie called Orange County? Ya, so have I. I guess they decided to make a show that takes those two types of characters and make it into a TV show. Whats next, a girlfriend that wants to be a writer and a mother who's nuts????
Jackie Chan Adventures (2000)
I really like this show. I have always been a fan of Jackie Chan. I saw this when it was on TV a few times. I may have watched it each week. It has the normal Jackie Chan humor, while at the same time adding his action. In the cartoon him and a family member have to stop an army of all kinds of bad things. The humor between the girl and Chan is really funny and something I look forward to when getting ready to watch. Fans of Jackie Chan will probably think this is a cool show.
I have waited for this to come on DVD for a long time. One day, I typed it on i Tunes and they had it! So, I finally got to buy the show by season. Today I got the 5th and final season. I could not be any happier. It even has the thing at the end with Jackie Chan talking! Great!!!!
