Lists by alexandersapphiredestiny
My pick for the most memorable performances of all time. For multiple "best" performances they'll be listed on one entry. List is subject to change.
The first 5 are the ones I think have the highest chance of getting nominated. The others are the ones that I think will be nominated, if I'm wrong about the first 5.
Note that the first 5 are in alphabetical order. And the last 10 are in order of their likelihood to get nominated if I'm wrong about the first 5.
First 5 are the one's I think are sure-fire picks. All subsequent ones are if I'm wrong about any of the other 5.

I AM NOT JUST ASSUMING WHO WILL BE NOMINATED. I AM PUTTING MY SPECULATION ON WHO WILL BE, BASED ON ARTICLES THAT I HAVE READ. ONCE I HAVE SEEN AS MANY OF THE FILMS AS I CAN BEFORE THE NOMINATIONS ARE ANNOUNCED, THEN I WILL MAKE MY OWN PREDICTIONS. BUT THESE PREDICTIONS ARE BASED OFF ARTICLES THAT I HAVE READ. THIS IS PART OF THE OSCAR FUN, PREDICTING, RE-PREDICTING, RE-PREDICTING, RE-PREDICTING, GETTING THE NOMINATIONS, AND THEN PREDICTING THE WINNER.
Lol at whoever said "I read your thing saying you're an expert..." I never once said I was an expert. And let the record show that I got 7 out of the 9 nominees. I know I put a lot of films on here, but I got 7 out of the 9 nominees.
Also, I hadn't updated this in months, but I definitely would have included "Hugo" and "Midnight in Paris" before the noms came out.
And yes, "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" got terrible reviews, but look, it got nominated for Best Picture!
So, I laugh at everyone who said my picks were terrible. I initially didn't think the Academy would go for "Hugo", because it's based on a children's book and films of the sort rarely ever get due recognition with the Academy. I left out "Midnight in Paris" because the Academy hasn't been showing Woody Allen much love in recent years.
My picks for the Acting, Directing, and Screenwriting Awards.
Any sort of slandering, badmouthing, name calling, or impugning intelligence is not appreciated here. If you have a difference of opinion, please go about it in a respectable manner, rather than trying to discredit my opinion or any of these people listed. All of the nominees are very talented people, so I'd respect you for your opinion, whether or not it differs, so I'd expect the same from you. It's pretty sad that I have to put this on here, but I've seen some of the comments on these lists.
