I mean literally. It is old, and yet it aged so well. I can rewatch it endlessly i think, and true, some of it can have something to do with nostalgia, but trust me, there's so much more to it than that.
The humor - basically 10/10 The plot - basic but 10/10 Acting - a whopping 10/10 And now to break it down - amazing actors play really likable characters in a movie based on a book that has a nice and easy plot, nothing too spectacular about that. Or there wouldn't be if it wasn't for the humor and the story itself not being taken seriously.
All in all, highly recommend, worth the time, a perfect movie to relax with the family (if younger kids are included they can even see what things were like before CGI was invented)
