Mr. Deeds (2002)
Nothing worse than a hypocrite executive producer
A movie about a guy who inherits fourty billion dollars then gives it away for love...Why is it the most powerfull execs in Hollywood are constantly pumping it down the throats of their viewers that to be happy all you have to do is give, spend and donate?...how many of the execs that actually make these films practice what they are preaching with stories like Adam Sandlers "Mr. Deeds"? First of all I didn't find the movie very comical, Adam Sandler is both drab and seriously needs acting lessons although, my five year old son did enjoy it the first time around. Can I recommend this movie to other viewers? Not unless you want to be preached at (by the storyline) about how you can only be happy if you give away all your money but hang on to enough to keep renting boring movies like this one. Lets see the producers of these movies practice what they preach...give your viewers their money back on this one...it was a complete waste of 100,000 feet of film.
