Horrible dialogue sound issues
28 July 2023
After making a semi pilgrimage to watch this film in one of the handful of IMAX theaters in California, my main takeaway is frustration. Way too much of the dialogue is drowned out by background noise. Struggling to make sense of what characters are saying is not my idea of a good time. The director appears to have fallen in love with this technique. While he and "critics" verbally put an artistic spin on it, I truly believe there's nothing more to it than a deep seated power complex. It really knocked the enjoyment down several pegs for me. So much going for this film and yet my lasting takeaway is annoyance.

Decent film but we need to talk about Michael Jordan
7 May 2023
The elephant in the room needs to be talked about. Michael P. Jordan is not a good actor. In fact he may be the most overrated actor of this generation. In a film full of legitimate professional actors, he continuously brings scenes down with his lack of talent. It is borderline cringe worthy in several scenes. It's like they hit up a local theater troupe for the casting of his role. This is the first Creed movie I've watched, and it will be the only one. I can't sit through the obvious mediocrity. Whoever has contributed to his stardom has clearly done so for financial reasons. He may be a great human, I have no idea. But this game is about skill and he is severely lacking.

What a disappointment
11 March 2023
Was so looking forward to this. The actors lined up are mostly all people I find hilarious. But the writers completely let this down. It is so mediocre that in retrospect the writers should be ashamed to have cashed their paychecks for the project. The fallout from this botch job is going to affect their careers for quite a while. How do you, as a professional writer get gifted this kind of comedic acting talent and give them such absurdly generic scripts as these? So embarrassing. What a shame. Hulu must be sick. They could have thrown $100K in a trash can, never greenlit this and be been in a better position today than they are now. Epic fail.

Professional victims
11 December 2022
There are some people born into this world who feel everyone owes them attention and apologies and constant coddling. These are two of those people. Make no mistake, any normal human can see through these people thanks to 300000 years of human evolution. The frightening fact is we have to share the planet with the 10% who either can't or refuse to because it goes against their political cult membership. This "documentary" is so cringe worthy that I added a star. If you like unintentional comedy and cringe this is worth watching. If you are repulsed by people who live their lives as professional victims and fake virtue signaler's don't waste your time. Poor Harry. His mother's loss at a young age has clearly left him so ill in the brain that he can't see how fake of a human Meghan is. So sad.

I wasted $5 so you don't have to

As an avid DB Cooper aficionado, I will watch everything that even mentions the name. When I watched the trailer for this a few weeks ago I knew immediately it was going to be garbage. Some people are awful liars, and the subject in this "documentary" is one of those people. It's so apparent he's looking for fame that there is zero need for a polygraph. 300000 years of human evolution is all anyone with a functioning brain needs to see through his absurd claims. Half this film is made up of actors pretending to speak for people who they clearly didn't get the dialogue from. The only way I can recommend this is if you enjoy unintentional comedy. Otherwise...save your money. It's that preposterous.

It's worse than you think
8 November 2022
As someone who enjoyed Halloween Kills enough to watch it several times, it leaves me in utter shock how pathetic everything about Halloween Ends is. Talk about mailing it in. The people associated with this should feel like borderline criminals for cashing their paychecks. The movie has zero redeeming qualities. The story is hot garbage. The acting is subpar. It looks like it was filmed on a bubble gum budget. The plot comes out of nowhere and splinters into oblivion. One has to wonder if a high school film club was hired to create this, and then they subcontracted it out to a junior high film club. Shame on everyone involved.

Lost gem

Saw this as a kid in the mid 80's as part of a test viewing. They told us it was called "Herndon and Me". Michael Richards was hilarious.
