Could you make audience laughter recede down a notch instead of overpowering scenes?
Please lose female voice narrating to audience to tell us what is happening. Example: we don't need be told when Mary doesn't know how to use milk for coffee, or have narrator voice tell us there's a scowl on prosecutor's face.
Our family looked forward to watching original Night Court stories & I'd give 1990s series 10/10 stars. Reboot episodes deserve 5/10 stars for effort to try show atmosphere of night hours & for beginning to develop courtroom characters.
I hope to find out how Dan & crew will cooperate to give reboot series "heart" like Judge Harry Stone did.
