Never Been Kissed (1999)
A good 90's movie.
I thought this movie was very believable and cute. Drew Barrymore was exceptional and did this role unbelievably well. A lot of kids/adults can even relate to this movie, and it makes sense how they touched this subject. However, although the acting that Alba has done in the past has made her a sensational icon, and has included her in extremely worthy movies, Alba delivered a not so sensational performance in this one. Her 'stupid' acting was less than worth it, and made her just look bad rather than a good 'dumb' popular. Bottom Line: With this movie, it can make you cry, make you laugh and even make you smile. Definitely something to rent. Check it out!
Prom Night (2008)
Not what I expected...
When I first saw the trailer for this movie, I instantly was excited, I expected this to be one of Britney Snow's best just like John Tucker Must Die, unfortunately when I saw this movie, I was sadly disappointed. In the beginning, everything was thrown out that basically was in the commercials, I expected towards the end a little twist, but all in all, everything was predictable. I give this a "6" for what I expected it to be, how emotional it really was, and the plot. Those were good, I just wish that there was a little more to it at the end as well, like a "5 years later...." and it shows how shes doing and everything and they cut it, it ended the story at the point of Donna crying with her family, but it really should have had at least a minute or two added about her life in the future, so that we get the total story. Plus, we never really understand why Donna was practically physic in the bedroom/bathroom scene at the end? I give this movie props, but unfortunately it was not extraordinary, or something you want to waste 10 bucks on, its a okay movie, don't get me wrong! But I think you should save this movie to get on DVD or rent it.
The actors and actresses are sensational though, you can really get the feel of how their scared and mad, Britney Snow did an AMAZING job.
This was a great movie. I just saw it last Friday.
I have to say this was a very good movie. I thought that Hayden Christenson was great at his part, and he looked incredibly hot! Honestly I didn't know it was Hayden Christenson until I saw this IMDb. It really got me interested when I found out that the wife *jessica alba* planned along with his death all along, it really brought character to alba, if anything because shes been playing "nice-Nice" parts way to long. Overall I give this movie a 10 out of 10 for incredible performance, and the surgeries looked real, and everything honestly looked real! It was awesome, and even though I'm alittle afraid to go under anesthesia now, I think that its one the best movies of our time.
White Christmas (1954)
This movie will live on as a ten out of ten, its a masterpiece and a small treasure, and every year millions of family look back on it during the holidays. I love watching it during the holidays because it gives me that cozy feeling, with my small cup of hot chocolate and the dresses up Christmas tree....what is Christmas without it? Anyone who dispises this movie, do you have Christmas spirit? It makes you feel warm, no matter what age, what year, what time it is, it always makes you feel at home and I don't understand how people can be disliking such a beautiful uprising movie. It's so indescribable, in a good way, I'm always going to love this movie.
Gilmore Girls (2000)
This show. . . . was it okay or just plain headache worthy?
The show was cute at first, a mother and a daughter living in a cute little town trying to get through- but then as the seasons went on it just got annoying, (if you have ever seen Sabrina the teenage witch you know what I mean) But around the fifth and sixth season, Gilmore girls lost it's whole touch and started to get kinky and everyones voice started getting annoying. Because everyone was talking all the time and made no sense it was very retarded. I have not seen the last season, because I only watch it when it comes on on ABC family. But what I have seen, sometimes makes me laugh or cry on the show because it has its touches I have to admit. But a lot of it is just annoying. The character who really annoys me though, is Loralie, shes so eager and so college aged at its unbelievable. I absolutely thought it was DISGUSTING when Luke made Loralie postpone the wedding because of his new daughter. But what I thought was more DISGUSTING was the fact that Loralie went into the arms of a backstabbing retarded get-a-life Christopher who basically ruined the whole show in my opinion.
In all and all I award this show a six out of ten. Six? Because it did have its golden moments. It didn't get the seven or eight because of its horrible ending to its seventh season.
Sister, Sister (1994)
Sister, Sister, is great, great
This was a good show. I don't know why people are so sick that they think it is stupid. Watching this show growing up is cute! And Tia and Tamara and great actresses. Yet, people still despise their acting. Tia and Tamara are truly magical in front of the screen. I do not see how this relates to full house at all, because full house's plot lines were corny and you always knew they would work it out. In fact they even had that special "music" during the resolutions. Its true! Anyways this is not about full house, its about sister, sister. And I think that it was a great show. Yet, I got lost towards the end, because I'm truly confused as to what episode was the last one. What happened? Which one was it? Although that was puzzling, Tim Reid, and his crispness as the character is quite amusing, and Lisa, Jackie harry is sensational. It still and always will be the greatest hit of the '90s.
Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (1996)
Even though there are no new episodes, and it is rarely showed. I used to love the magic of Sabrina and the teenage witch. I never got to see the last episodes, but I do want to know what happened to Miles, or Josh? And why did the aunts have to disappear out of the show for good?I'm sure the ending went to be perfect. But there are a lot of questions unanswered. And I want to see the last episode of S.T.T.W! Because I heard she decides between Erin and Harvey on her wedding day! I really hope that she picks Harvey! And may I say Nate Richart is HOTT!! Too bad hes too old for me though. Melissa Joan Hart has her own sense of cuteness that she adds to the show, but there are many little "stupid" things for the show such as how famous bands come out of nowhere and play songs and all the cast is listening, its kind of stupid. Plus the cat starts to really get lame, as the show continued, the jokes began just to get stupid, and the things that the audio controlled "audience" would laugh at, I would think it was so lame. Don't get me wrong, at some parts it was funny, but I think the show just kind of lost its "magic" so to speak as the show went on. I give kudos to all the cast though for trying, although that Soleil Moon Frye girl had no taste, and she was a horrid actress. I wonder what Melissa or any of the cast is doing now for that matter, now that the show has ended.
