L.A. Johns (1997 TV Movie)
Lame T&A movie
24 June 2002
The story is told through the call girl Liz, who goes from each john as quickly as she can. This movie was horribly acted, scripted and is a waste of film and time. It's a horrible attempt at a T&A movie, it's a huge tease and at the end leaves you hanging. It had no plot. Liz the main character floats around aimlessly with no plot to help her through. The 18 year old Brandi is horribly cast as she clearly looks older than 18. Not worth to watch, if you have the energy find the remote and watch something else with a plot, or at least shows some action.

Airborne (1993)
typical teen movie
24 June 2002
A typical teen movie before the wake of Save the Last Dance, Center Stage, and many others, this one was about rollerblading. Shane McDermott's acting is a bit weak, though he tries to carry out the plot as best he can. The plot itself is weak, though shots of Shane jumping on a surfboard in his swim trunks would be enough to make teen girls swoon. It wasn't worth the movie stub to see it, nor the rental at the video store, watch it on tv if someone's already checked out the last copy of 10 things I hate about you.

Ginger Snaps (2000)
stereotypical dull movie
28 May 2002
this movie was a horrible excuse to waste film and curse profusely. The plot was so much like the typical horror movie. The acting was good, but even the actors had to work with such a horrible script. Everyone was cursing left and right, the mother seemed out of the loop completely, yet she was willing to burn the house down so they could start over again. What kind of world do they live in?

There was no plot, other than the simple horror movie plot, of someone's killing someone so we have to stop them in some medicore way. The sisters were so typical one on each extreme. The end was horrible. What annoyed me the most was that the weak pathetic sister that Emily Perkins portrayed never changed, she remained the same through the whole movie, there was no character development as there should have been, she looses the cure several times due to her own stupidity which makes it more frustrating to watch. All I can say is who writes this stuff? The werewolf or creature effects if you could call it that was so cheesey. And it also left me wondering why the creature had to have breasts and nipples clearly made for it.

To sum it up, Ginger Snaps pass on it and try another less cheesey film. Don't even waste the money at the video store to watch this one.

The Lost World (1999–2002)
It grows on you...
26 January 2002
I have to admit when I first say this, I wasn't highly amused, however over time, and with new stories and action sequences and time, it grows on you and you start to enjoy the show and the characters. It has it's moments and then it doesn't, but isn't every show like that? But give it a chance, it's a good show with great potential.

Dead End (1999)
Murder Suspense Thriller?
26 January 2002
Will Snow's performance is wonderful in this film, however badly written it is. The actors do try to make the script more believable. It is graphic at times, has too much nudity at times, has some scenes that some may find offensive but then again watching someone get stabbed and killed with blood isn't everyone's cup of tea. Snow is Todd a writer and former cop who's being framed for a murder, basic story line, he figures out who it is, climatic ending, and he gets the girl, happy go lucky in a sense. All the actors here are Aussies, so you gotta love their accent. I was amused by this, at times you wonder who the real killer is....

Catwalk (1992–1995)
Sex, booze, some drugs and rock and roll....
26 January 2002
The series had some potential, it had some qualities that posessed to me to watch it, I admit it had it's moments and then it it had its low points. Neve Campbell's character Daisy is this little girl almost that falls in love with the bad boy. The band had a few good songs, relationships in the bad screwed things up, and our boy Atlas who doesn't sing or play an instrument is in the band, as what? a dancer of all things...it had a good run, but glad that it ended...
