Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)
A+ THIS MOVIE IS AWESOME! ps Amy Adams is a babe ;)
A+ This MOVIE WAS AWESOME! It's a touching love story between Superman & Lois, while also being a kick-A$$ high concept action-adventure film. Any critic who disses it can meet me in the back alley for a knuckle sandwich, It's obvious all these "critics" are just jealous & angry. I'm sure they all have a novel they're writing; trying desperately to sell, but sorry dude, nobody cares about your lame novel because your writing is trite & generic. Film critics have very little imagination (err, huh Roger Ebert- Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls..anyone..anyone?) They can only write bad reviews for films audiences love. I mean, C'Mon, Zack Snyder has done what every director wishes he could do, Sure he's influenced by Ridley Scott, but hey, who isn't? ps Amy Adams is the heart of this film. She's a doll & I enjoy each & every one of her performances..especially American Hustle ;)
Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of 'Three's Company' (2003)
Very well done, 10 out of 10. Chrissy looked gooooood
Well lemme say that I was surprised at how good this film actually was. If this was high school and this film was the directors final test, I would say the class he was taking was "Boogie Nights 101". Not to say that's a bad thing, because he did it right. As far as MOW's go I honestly would give it a 10 out of 10. Like Paul thomas Anderson did in "Boogie Nights" this director used great late seventies soul and funk to almost glide you through the scenes. Many long three to four minute scenes shot behind the main characters back with no cuts. Which are risky but work they very well. Kinda like the opening of "Goodfellas" when they go from the street, thru the kitchen, and into the restaurant, you know. The performances are also top noch also. Like P.T. Anderson, many realistic emotions. Crying, anger, laughter, all very realistic.Oh, and that chick who played "Chrissy" was hot...very hot,Tru dat. I'm sure in a year she'll be everywhere, from the Hawaiian pineapples to the New York big Apples. Kids, stay in school. peace
Hi, Mom! (1970)
De Niro argues with a mop and a ladder ! Comedic Genius
De Niro iz great, an improvised seen where, as a cop, he beats down a ladder and a mop are great. Intentional black and white short " Be black baby" iz at times humorous but a bit disturbing, but I think that was what De Palma was trying to do. A must see for De Niro fans.
Wooly Boys (2001)
Excellent! Kris kristofferson and Adam Stradlin are hilarious duo!
I've just gotten out of a screening of this film and I have to say, WOW!This one will hopefully be up for some awards.Kris Kristofferson is as always charming, sexy, and wonderful. I loved his comic repartee with newcomer Adam Stradlin. Where did they find this guy, he's great!Stradlin has the intensity of a young Gary oldman and the charisma of Mel Gibson. Everyone shines.Lil' blond Bonnie Borst as the wacky greyhound bus passenger, this girl should have her own sitcom.Peter Fonda tops his performance in "The Limey" and really carries this film. Co-stars Greg Sporleader and Jad mager who I've heard are hardened Shakespeare thespians create believable in-bred hic's, better than Cooter and Roscoe P. Coltrane from "Dukes of Hazzard" I highly recommend it. 10!
