Watched all the other watered down horror yet entertaining films and this one was my least favorite.

Then episode 7 came along adding such confusion...was waiting for the smoke monster to make a cameo. Every episode after this was doubly confusing and it never truly tied all together by the finale. So many ways this could have been cool. I never felt threatened by Bill Skaarsgard's character. Was disappointed by this season.

Predictable

As I watched, I narrated...same jump points as every classic horror film. There was only one unique scare, which was when the young virgin sister was in the main chamber and saw the shadow of the nun. The Frenchman as a comic relief was high unneeded. If I was thrown into a coffin and buried alive, I would have left the scene pronto. This was very unrealistic!
