Transformers 3 is a breathtaking, intellectually stimulating piece of cinema.
The script was incredibly well-written with Optimus Prime sporting unforgettable lines such as "YOU DIE NOW" and "KILL EVERYONE".
Shia LaBeouf showcases his excellent acting skills; you feel he truly engages with his character by screaming for 155 minutes. Indeed, Rosie Huntington Whiteley's acting debut was particularly interesting; never have I seen an actress perform so breasts.
The action scenes were a treat to behold - each explosion looked radically different from the last and really provided the film with an emotional edge. You really start to sympathise with all those poor buildings being shattered to pieces.
All in all, one of the best films I've seen in years. A true landmark in cinematic history. Kudos, Michael Bay!
This is undoubtedly the most predictable, dry, unfunny and just plain BORING film I've seen in a very long time. Not one part made me laugh. Not ONE.
My expectations of this film were fairly reasonable. Quite a solid cast and the trailer looked...alright. I was hoping this could be as funny as Murphy's previous work, The Nutty Professor in particular. But my hopes were violently shot down.
NORBIT IS SIMPLY TERRIBLE! For starters, the plot was just ridiculously predictable! I mean honestly, I think the whole cinema audience knew how this was going to end right from the start. Such a tired, unoriginal plot. Just plain ridiculous. The jokes...just weren't funny. I'm not saying that because I found them offensive, I'm saying that because they simply weren't funny AT ALL. The only part of it which even came close to being remotely amusing in my opinion was the water slide gag.
This film...ugh. Just don't bother.
