Comedy......methinks not

Trash drivel etc, and its back 4 a second series oh dear, the jokes are second hand, the acting if you can call it that is terrible. Its also on prime time television, while it deserves to be on in the graveyard slot. So many decent series' get canned, why does the rubbish keep coming back. Please stop this madness

Terrible

Someone said that this was in line with Terry Gilliams (of Python fame) work. i dont agree, this is utter rubbish compared to his work. Even South Park is better animated than this. It is badly written, has the most irritating voices ever, and is not funny in any way. Good cartoons get canned and we have this garbage on, thats not right.

Hollywood Strikes again
31 May 2000
Yet again another Hollywood true story that just happens to miss the facts that the British captured the code machine, and yes British crewmen died in their attempts. And now we're supposed to believe the heroic Americans did all the hard work. Come on, Hollywood try and tell the truth at least a bit. Part from that quite a good war movie

is there no end to Sandlers genius, another film of his that made me laugh out loud, and is a cert to be added to my video collection. Good to see familar faces popping up, who have been in other Sandler films, and as always Henry "The Fonz" Winkler was superb. Nice cameo from The Big Show as Capt Insano as well

Nothing bad to say
21 February 2000
Starring the cream of the talent we have in the UK today, this brought back some fond, and not so fond memories of primary school. Everyone especially Frank Skinner was superb in acting out the Nativity, with everyone trying to please their parents. The drinks afterwards had the parents of the "kids" who were played by the actual actors themselves, and brought many a giggle. Just a pity its an one-off

Short n Sweet

Very funny film, and even though it was the same tired old formula of misfits winning against the best team it was still entertaining to watch. Scott Bakula, and Sinbad made it for me and I can't believe I've only just watched it. If you like Quantum Leap then I guess you'd like this .

Not bad, Not bad at all

Typical Randy Quaid film, appealing to all, has been done before, but what the heck. Young kid helps out the "most powerful man in the world" by helping him relate to the American public, etc. Randy Quaid seems to be the only "star" in this comedy, and so really carries the whole film himself.
