Stuart Little (1999)
An amazing combination of mediocrity and stupidity
A nothing story which is supposed to be made cute and wonderful by a mouse being inserted as an adopted child. You would be doing way better by seeing (even again) either of the "Toy Story" movies, which are very much more entertaining and original. My rating: 2.
The Land Before Time VI: The Secret of Saurus Rock (1998)
Great children's film
I have enjoyed watching this film with my 5-year old daughter many times. The typical hokey references to evolution are overshadowed by a good story line, memorable scenes and pleasant characters. Doc (Kris Kristofferson), the Lone Dinosaur, is a real treat.
I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998)
I can't believe I willingly paid money to see this.
Can a movie REALly be scary if it isn't even based in REALity? How did Columbia get up the nerve to promote this as a movie worth paying for? The completely unnecessary 'twist' ending is flat-out stupid and disappointing. I never grew tired of looking at Jennifer Love Hewitt's face and body, and there were some pretty funny lines throughout the movie, but I could never recommend this as a movie worth seeing.
