Nothing really "unposted"
gu831 December 2019
I actually had low expectations, but this documentary doesn't actually tell anything new. It's just a Super-commercial of a person, with the only moral that "Everyone can do it". Which is very dangerous, because it's totally not true: you need talent, hard work and a big amount of luck.

I love chiara but this didn't show anything new
annacusma11 December 2021
I love Chiara and I have a huge amount of respect for her and for what she built by herself. What really annoyed me though is that there is nothing that we didn't know about her in this documentary. Chiara already shares so much in social media that there was the need to share something more in her documentary, otherwise there are no reasons to watch it.

This tells nothing

A long boring spot with a great frame but with no content. The duration is incredibly long. Looks like they have put stuff in it to reach the duration of 1.28.

Just a PR campaign
adymyr-765208 September 2019
The movie holds little transferable knowledge, showing mostly the extravagant life of a very public person. It's basically her Instagram feed.

This is a fallback (and it shows)
Chriss-Enefrega28 September 2019
All this material was filmed to create a "pilot episode" for an Italian version of the reality show "KUWTK". They tried to sell the project to Netflix (and to other television networks) with no success. The choice of assembling what they had in a documentary, therefore, seems a sort of "plan B". Maybe that's why it lacks a real plot and looks like a patchwork.

Long AD
ilpeluche18 September 2019
Insubstantial, like a very long and boring spot. It celebrates a career, but what emerges is the portrait of a vain girl who likes grandstanding. Maybe she is something more, but from this long spot it doesn't seem so.

1 star because 0 is not an option

First of all I'd like to say I was a fan of Chiara, one time I saw a post of her where she talked about how sad she was and how difficult her life was some years ago, then she talked about how she struggled but came forward and that made me realize she might be more real than she appeared. Thought this film was going to show her as intelligent, strong or special BUT NO, surprise! She just showed she is so vain, empty and she was just lucky of all the fame she has. She is not even close to be intelligent, her vocabulary is poor, her problems are either which shoes she is going to wear or how mean a comment was on Instagram and this "documentary" is nothing else than Chiara posing around and acting like she has no idea she is being filmed but at the same time, she shows how she plans even the most stupid details, the ones that are supposed to be spontaneous. She is just so fake and absurd and tries to fool all of her followers, she even asked Fedez to tell her she is beautiful at the altar so people will cry and she even was rehearsing how to cry, for god sake ITS YOUR WEDDING, you just had to be honest.

The only thing that made me keep watching this lame film was how spontaneous and real is Fedez, he is the only one who is actually worthy.

To sum up: lame, full of posers and fake.

Another human - succesful at that
kosmasp26 February 2021
I understand if some do not take lightly or like to watch a documentary that is not really critical. I do like documentaries more if they are showing more than just one side of story or are being used to be investigative. But in this case I didn't even expect that. I had not heard of Chiara, but I am aware of the "Influencer" trend and how they make a living if you want to call it that.

Now you can be mad at them, you can hate them for what they are doing, but overall they are human beings too. In contrast to some other influencers or musicians she doesn't seem to hurt anyone. Not a fan of the Kardashians for example, but I don't hate them either. They did the best of their situation. Am I perplexed on the level of passion and admiration some give them, while following their gossip and other stuff? You bet, but it is what it is.

So this woman could do a wedding that is very much paid by others and she is living the life ... good for her. I will not be following her on Insta or whereever else she is too, but I applaud her for what she achieved. Did it have to do with her looks? Yes, though her looks also seemed to gain her issues that she shouldn't have to endure. There is a small portion of social criticism (men/women and differences and all), but she was able to overcome certain things - whatever you make of that. And however easy you may think it was in the end. Either be able to be happy for someone else or don't even bother watching this

D'inspirational
blueteatree13 December 2019
This was pathetic! She did not inspire me. She did not give me purpose. I do not look up to her. I do not wish to have her lifestyle.

She does not produce value. She is a puppet of businesses and sick bustards, who want the masses think they are objects by turning their attention from themselves as spiritual beings and other important things.

By wearing names and changing clothing every other months will not define you. If you need objects to be accepted, you are noone.

Clothing should cover you, keep you warm, cool, be comfortable and worn as long as possible. I despise anyone who supports the fashion industry in any ways.

Warning: Spoilers
This documentary is based on Chiara's life, how the idea of the digital entrepreneur was born, how she created The Blonde Salad but also of her private life of what are also her weaknesses, her joys because, like everyone, she too he is a human who in turn may have faced difficulties like all of us. The documentary contains interventions during the shooting of the protagonists (by Chiara, Fedez, Valentina, Francesca ...) p.s. I suggest you to see the series "The Ferragnez" if you are a fan of Chiara.

I love Chiara
sasy_ek329 November 2019
I love Chiara and she is inspirational. I am a big fan of her. So proud of this woman. However, the movie was not strong enough and I didn't get any extra knowledge from her and her life by watching this movie. It showed almost what we already knew. And the translation to english was very bad. The english subtitle and the voice over were different!!! However, I support her and I loved watching her movie.

Misleading
cuneo-6314620 September 2019
Not recommended. Hard to understand Chaira, her language barrier was an issue. Many scenes already captured through social media. A story without a plot or any new documentary as stories already seen through Instagram.

Disappointing
inesfrancuz29 November 2019
Firsts things first, there are no subtitles in English. Half of the movie you hear them talk in Italian while in the background someone voices over in English, plus you see translation of the Italian in English which doesn't match the voiceover and it's so distracting. I've been following Chiara for a long time and I love her work and find her really inspiring. However, the name of the movie-Unposted, is just a good marketing. Everything happening in a movie can be seen on her Instagram and there is literally not one thing which you haven't already know about her/her life. This was a huge disappointment for me. Would not recommend.

Boring and disappointing
my_v8 March 2020
Nothing important. I was bored and stop watching after half an hour. This film was created just to remind everyone who chiara is, how beautiful she is, how much money she has, how happy perfect and famous she is. Unlike other documentaries i have watched for the life of a public figure, nothing made me to admire her.

Unfollowed Chiara after watching this
paulinask24 February 2020
I mean seriously? Chiara always appeared to be a cool bloger who worked her way up to become worlds most influential social media star. But this documentary is nothing more than a worthless manifesto of her vanity.

Why?
ruth-2025327 December 2021
There are so many great people in the world - why do we need a documentary about a trash queen who hurts nature with her business and makes our society even more self-centered? She is a symbol of everything that is going wrong in this world.

If you're surface level thinker of course you won't get the point
sarahabarraza29 November 2019
If you paid attention to the words, the conversations and commentary, then you would understand there is a deeper "moral of the story". It's about aspiring to follow your dreams. It's about being in tune with yourself and allowing yourself to grow, learn, and create your own life. A lot of reviews are based on the surface-level of what reviewers "watched", and it's not the documentary fault said reviewers aren't able to see the deeper bigger picture. If you're watching to see events or hope to learn how to do the things Chiara does, then you missed the point of the title. This wasn't meant to teach anyone how to be an influencer. It's meant to show the emotional side of the behind the "posts" life, and how Chiara "thinks & feels" thru her entrepreneurial life, while finding her purpose daily. Unfortunately the negative reviews are the exact example of people will always find an issue with anyone in general sharing their stories and lives...on and off platforms.

That being said,it was a great documentary. It was very interesting to see the conversations between Chiara and some of the leaders in the Fashion Industry. And I also loved the background of her up bringing because it definitely made her even more relatable to the everyday person.

Imbarazzante
introspictures14 December 2021
This is an insult to any 'movie' or 'documentary'. Just a very long Instagram video celebrating the narcissism of a pretty brainless woman who should be grateful to her ex for her success.

The average audience will probably enjoy it :) peace and love.

Embarrassing

Is not a documentary, I think the documentary need to tell from more people or parts and point of view , this story is a celebration and mystification of the reality.. not a good example to follow . Fashion industries is more of this .

INSPIRING!
carvalhodmf-7131629 November 2019
It's so nice to see that Chiara is the same person since she was a child. Very natural, humble and determined. Truly inspiring to see what she has achieved! She is a modern star! Keep shining girl!

UNIQUE!
RoyKamsi1 December 2019
This film was very inspiring. You have to admit that people LOVE her or HATE her. Most of the comments are inappropriate because they have no content about the DocuFilm itself. I think she has more HATERS than LOVERS, and most of the haters are envy. She teaches us to believe in us. I've watched the Film in Amazon Prime platform and there were no problems of subtitles transcription (in Italian).

I believe she made something new to us, she brought us a pre-revolution where - as Simone Marchetti says - we live in a Medieval revolution. We have to wait for the renaissance.

I'm studying Communication Marketing and I had the possibility to understand almost everything of her job. She is a fenomenal person, I do believe we can all be inspired from her. We can love and be loved by each other.
