This was actually pretty funny.

I was a little critical of the previous episode, it felt more then a little bit formulaic, this was definitely more funny, with the ever demanding, lustful Mrs Featherstone in desperate pursuit of both Granville and poor Mr Newbold. Some of the characters are a little lacking in character shall we say, but Stephanie Cole showed just how adept she is on comedy, her Marilyn Monroe/Madonna styling were so funny.

My interest has somewhat returned after this one. 7/10

Episode 6.2

The highlight of this episode was Mrs Featherstone sporting a new hairdo. She puts on a new wig and likens herself to a younger Madonna.

Both Mr Newbold, Granville and thousands of viewers are suitably shocked.

Granville wants to entice customers with toasts from some Soviet era toaster. However he finds that his counter is busy from people wanting to escape from Mrs Featherstone.

At least Mr Newbold shows his assertive side to Mrs Rossi.

A pretty routine episode with Roy Clarke trying to please a younger audience with Leroy and his girlfriend trying to find a willing date for one of their friend's.
