I stumbled upon this show tonight and it happened to be the premiere. I watched and after about 10 minutes it caught my attention. The subject here is people who are of extremely high intelligence and function ability whom are looking for jobs. These people are usually discarded as being of low intelligence just because they may have nervous ticks or routines. The people in this particular episode were interviewed by doctors whom asked them typical questions about certain areas of job functions and they scored very highly. I think A&E has a very good original program here with "the employables". Why shouldn't these people be able to work just because they may have slight Tourette's or autism. I am definitely an advocate for people of all types of mental impairments as long as they are not a hazard to themselves or others. I am definitely interested in seeing another episode.
