The Haku (Tonga Fifita)/The Barbarian (Sione Vailahi)-Mr. Fuji (Harry Fujiwara)/Kato (Paul Diamond) match was supposed to have been Haku/Barbarian-The Orient Express, but Pat Tanaka had taken time off because his father Duke Keomuka (real name Martin Hisao Tanaka) had died the day before, so Fuji, the Express' manager, took Tanaka's place. Before the match, Fuji threw salt in the face of commentator, and Haku and Barbarian's former manager, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan (Bobby Heenan). This angered Heenan to the point of blatantly interfering in the match. Heenan acknowledged that he had done business with managers Jimmy Hart and Sensational Sherri (Sherri Martel) and that he had done as many bad things as they had done, but that there was no excuse for Fuji to have insulted him the way he did. For the record, Haku and Barbarian won. After the match, Heenan tried to attack Fuji, who threw more salt in Heenan's face. Fuji and Kato left, with Heenan chasing after him and encouraging Haku and Barbarian to follow him.

The WWF World Tag Team Champions The Nasty Boys (Jerry Sags (Jerry Sags) and Brian Knobbs (Brian Yandrisovitz)) (w/"The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart) vs. The Hart Foundation (Bret "The Hitman" Hart (Bret Hart) and Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart (Jim Neidhart)) match, which the Nasty Boys won by disqualification, was Bret and Neidhart's last match as a tag team for six years. Bret would go on to defeat Mr. Perfect (Curt Hennig) for the WWF Intercontinental Heavyweight Title at Summerslam (1991) to kick off his solo career, while Neidhart would drift in and out of the promotion for years, with his last run ending in 1997.
