Mark and Amber Archer had the film completed and ready for release in August, 2019. One week later, abortionist George Klopfer died. One week after that, Klopfer's hoard of over 2,000 medically-preserved aborted babies was found in his garage. Consequently, the film was put back into production to include the discovery and investigation into the babies. Those developments delayed the film's release by 6 months as filming resumed.
"Inwood Drive" contains the only personal interview ever conducted with abortionist Ulrich "George" Klopfer before his death in 2019. In the interview, he reveals part of his motivations for becoming an abortionist had to do with exacting revenge for the Allied Forces firebombing raids of Dresden, Germany in 1945. Klopfer was 5 years old at the time and lived through the bombings and subsequent Russian occupation.
