Hey film fans! I'm always suspicious when I go to look at film reviews, and despite an average 3.9 rating, low and behold there are a few 10-star reviews. Lets look at their names shall we? Ah yes - one has that common pattern of shill reviewers - a random name, hyphen, then bunch of numbers. Click on any of the 10-star review names, and you find that they have only reviewed this one film! With 10 stars! And created their account seemingly just to review it! Wow, what are the chances, eh? That someone would go through all that effort to review a 4-star obscure, rubbish film with no known talent? Well, perhaps its because they were paid, or crew, or friends of crew. What does this mean? That they have absolutely no regard for how you spend your time, and would rather you were mislead into thinking this piece of garbage was good to suit their own ends. Is that something you want to be a part of?

Do yourself a favor and search online for the trailer of this film, which was released in 2019. Once you have endured the 2 minute 37 second duration, I believe you will share the same experience as me.....OMG! Oh...no...NO! NO! NO! I can't get those images out of my head!
Terrible acting, AND offensive for Indigenous Canadians

First Of all, the acting here is abysmal. I've seen high schoolers in drama class who would be better than these actors.
Secondly, the writer and director did absolutely ZERO research on the First Nations culture and traditions here in BC where the movie is set. Most Of the First Nations characters are acted by white people, and the depictions of religion and tradition bear ZERO resemblance to the actual people who live in these communities. Cultural appropriation at its worst. Or is it even appropriation since they bungled it so badly? I don' teven know where to start.
The concept for this movie is half-decent, and it's a real shame that a better job wasn't done.
