Great opener!

I loved the comic. The first episode made me want to reread the series. The first episode is a bit shaky for the first 10 minutes but it doesn't take long to pick up.

I think it did a good job of setting the atmosphere.

I'm still having a hard time with how the pages will translate to the screen. It has been in production for so long, I hope the series gives us 8-10 star episodes throughout.

Exactly what you want from a pilot

Loved the beginning, love the look into the world the before it all happens, I'm glad we get to see the characters and get just an idea of who they are before it all falls apart.

Every woman is a driven, above average professional. BS characterizations of "fly over country", all the men are a holes, the protagonist is an infantile nearly 30 something male, his sister can throw and tantrum and hit someone but it's OK cause he's cheating on his wife with her... Ugh. So looking forward to how it all shapes up. /s Am sure the world will right itself as soon as only women are in charge. Never read the source material so can't speak to how deviant this may be.. except that Hollyweird is completely bereft of understanding the true nature of humanity and the actual human condition.

Dreary poorly written blandly produced garbage for zombies.

How little do you need to have going on in your head that this could hold your attention.

I assume it's teeny boppers still watching this show.

Which is why I started with this series. She's okay in this, I guess. I'm also guessing that if I stick with it for another few episodes a plot or story line might appear.

What can one expect from a show based on a comic book? Nothing but garbage. The person or persons who wrote this lousy show has no clue about gender, genetic science, or government. The writer(s) probably come from a generation that started the destruction of the country and the world due to a lack of education in any science and has never even heard of a civics or real history class. I had the unfortunate experience of watching this as my wife will watch any garbage just to watch something she has not seen. She will watch the program even while complaining how dumb it is. Anyway, the story makes no sense and lacks logic let along passable writing or acting. Avoid this garbage at all costs!
