- When you get jump scared by the Noir, the woman will slam you with her hammer a couple times and kill you (no blood shown).
- When you get jump scared from Lucas, he shoots you briefly (no blood shown).
- When you get jump scared from the Breather and the doll maker, they will both stab you with their knives and kill you (no blood).

- In the intro, a woman says the F-word about 6-8 times (in fear).
- In the deep web, there is a chat bar when you are watching the video at the start of the game. The chat has several uses of "fuck", "shit", "bitch", "pussy" and a few uses of the word "tits" and "cum". Also some other swearing in the deep web.
