I would describe this film as Katsuhito Ishii's "The Taste of Tea" if directed by Tsai Ming-Liang. I really fell in love with this film from just about the first frame - it's uncanny how some films have the power to do that. It is a wonderfully intoxicating view into the fragmented perception of a young woman's shattered consciousness, expertly riding the line between comedy and tragedy. It's blissfully slow, patiently observant pace works so well. I could say so much more!
