This follow-up to Dick Bush's Brazzers parody "Storm of Kings" improves in the lead role by casting that Brit Porn icon Rebecca More as the new queen following the death of Peta Jensen's queen. There's less SPFX, no appearance of the dragon promised in the earlier film, but the sets are attractive and the sex very hot.
Opening scene demonstrates Bush's willingness to surmount the limitations of what is nearly an all-sex (with dialog set-ups) genre, as he stages (a la Hamlet) a brief play within the film mocking the new Queen. More is affronted and has folks killed by her new step-brother Danny D for staging it, then has him hump the lead actress Tina Kay. She can't resist joining them in her bedroom for a threesome, getting the XXX content off to a strong start.
Editing is not so hot, with 4 minutes of spoiler-laden highlights introducing the film, typical padding of both Brazzers and sister label Digital Playground for their DVD releases of episodic material.
Xander Corvus, sporting a thick Brit peasant accent for the occasion, is thrown into a dungeon where he finds the skull of his slain queen (the Peta character). A witch in the form of Brazzers stalwart Romi Rain appears and promises to bring that queen back to life, as she teams up with Xander, first humping him. Especially impressive after this showcase of More the gonzo artiste, is a rather touching coda, as she is driven from her castle by Xander's men (who she just serviced), stripping her. More walks away regally, followed by a chanting nun, and the way she carries herself, statuesque and proud in the nude reminded me of Helen Mirren's classic "nude descending a staircase" scene in Ken Russell's 1972 movie "Savage Messiah", coincidentally shot by his great cameraman Dick Bush, whose name the current porn director adopted.
