Why is biting your tongue, or lying, so often a go to in films and series? What is fun with that? I really don't understand.
Higgins and Crabtree lying to their girlfriends about Christmas surprises, and then about their knowledge of skiing.
Murdoch and Ogden not saying anything about the hotel. Just because you're family doesn't mean you have the right to cancel someones hotel reservations, and then throwing them out on the street when you're not happy with them. But oh no, why would Murdoch and Ogden do anything about it? Why tell someone you would rather be alone as a couple at a fancy hotel to increase your happiness, when you could just go along with being unhappy at a family home with people you barely know.
Also, why in the world would you be set against something for so, so long as Brackenreid was with the money situation, and then take out a second mortgage to give away? Even if it was true that you'd get more money back, you'd wait until you actually saw result!
And when they actually, finally, caught the con man - they freaking let him go?! But at least Brackenreid finally discovered how greedy they've been and gave the money who'd been tricked their money back.
This whole episode was so annoying and frustrating, and disappointing, with some few, few nice scenes, as well as fun with other people one recognise from other shows, like McNulty from Arctic Air, Follows from Reign and Neal from Arrow/Cedar Cove.
The whole part with Murdoch and his brother were okay just by the fact that Native Americans were seen, talked about - how they've always been treated and disrespected.
