First Class Chef and engaging 'real bloke' personality, relaxed, talented and good fun producing excellent food with a variety of guests.... most enjoyable.....

The only way is up, full of interesting dishes and top ingredients. Top chefs even james level of cooking has improved. no soggy omelettes in sight. Also has a racing car challenge making food at speed great.
