Better than average season four episode. Bruce Wayne finally steps out from behind Alfred's shadow and shows that he's able to make his own choices -- dark and dangerous as those choices may be. The fact is that the carousing and decadence is familiar stuff, but young Mr. Mazouz is able to make his character's transformation both disturbing and exhilarating. It's the first time I've ever cheered for young Master Bruce!
Meanwhile, the obnoxious Professor Pyg continues to be a less than compelling super villain. I mean, oink oink is not much of a battle cry. However, the final shoot out in the narrows and the absolute humiliation of the GCPD was far more electrifying than expected. Looks like Harvey's days as a commander are numbered!
Great episode, with violence, teen rebellion, and excitement. Now all we need is to bring back the Riddler and let his pal Grundy tend the rabbits!
