WOW. Really good episode. Pretty amazed that they could create still something good in 2017.

No cutaways?!

Warning: Spoilers
Yes, you read that correctly. no cutaways. The jokes were pretty hit and miss but at least they actually came naturally with the flow of the story and not as random, lazy cutaway gags! Granted, the writers did rely on referencing the film Rear Window for half the story but it was done in a somewhat interesting way with a handful of jokes that made me chuckle. As far as modern day Family Guy goes, not half bad.

Another very good Family Guy episode worth watching.

Warning: Spoilers
I'm glad to see that the Family Guy writers are getting their act together and had a good Peter-Meg plot that didn't involve Meg getting abused. It was even better than The Peter Principal. Speaking of principals, the subplot is about Brian and Stewie investigating Principal Shepherd after Brian spies on him with binoculars, and busting him for whatever he did that I'm not going to spoil redeemed Brian and he got to move back in with the Griffins. Sadly, Martha from the previous episode did not return, but since I liked this episode's new story so much I'm willing to forgive it for not showing Martha again. My only regret is that they didn't have Martha and her sister from Petey IV and Kevin Hart from the D in Apartment 23 come back to teach Brian to not mess with social media during the credits. That joke was so funny when Rick and Morty did it 2 years ago in A Rickle in Time.

Awesome episode of Family Guy
checkiec3 December 2017
I loved this episode so much because it's completely different than I had expected. I loved both plots because the main plot was on point of how accurate the hangover movies were but very subtle. The subplot was also hilarious to watch because it was well-written in my opinion. Both plots were hysterically awesome. I couldn't stop laughing throughout the entire episode. Season 16 is just one of the best of Family Guy's recent years of entertainment just like the three seasons. I can't wait for this year's Christmas episode. I love both Family Guy and American Dad's Christmas episodes. So worth still watching both of Seth's shows. The two are freaking sweet. Congratulations Family Guy. I can't wait for the 17th season of this great show.

Crimes and Meg's Demeanor
bobcobb3017 December 2017
Warning: Spoilers
This episode did have some laughs, I liked Joe getting wrapped up in the world of makeup pyramid schemes, but the Meg and Peter dynamic is always complicated. When they get along too much it is not the show at its best, but when Peter writes her off we usually laugh.

The rear window stuff was a little weird and forced too.

FG turns from serial into series.
burteriksson30 October 2019
Family Guy turns from a TV serial into series i.e. the story is in a continuation now. It used to be separate stories with unspecified ends. This same happened to South Park. SP also stopped being a comedy i.e. making jokes and turned in to a drama. I wonder if the same happened to The Simpsons? Haven't watched that for a long, long, LONG time. Haven't watched SP, either.
