LOW BUDGET FLOP TRYING TO CASH IN ON A CRAZE.
cn_warwick13 September 2018
Warning: Spoilers
This film is just another low buget attempt to cash in on a topic of interest - in this case Sasquatch/bigfoot. The plot is boring, the characters shallow and at times annoying to the point that you wish they would just die already, and the ending makes absolutely NO SENSE!

SPOILER ALERT: Though there is bloodshed and death, NONE of it is committed by the creatures. IN SHORT, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE.

Surprising Deaths Overshadow Sasquatch
bryan-davis-keith8 January 2018
Warning: Spoilers
It's a straight to video production...the acting is largely terrible, the dialogue even moreso, and there's some real amateur qualities to the camera work (watch in the introduction shots how the drone footage appears to capture a parking clearing, yet suddenly jerks away from it). The build-up scenes in the film until the monster arrives are insufferable.

Having said that, the film does much better once it gets into the meat of its story. The deaths in this movie almost make it worth watching, as they come unexpectedly and with surprising intensity. The movie does miss a real opportunity with its ending though (an ending all but stolen from the previously made and far superior Backcountry), leaving the viewer with another tease of a monster as opposed to tackling the very human evil that marks the film's final few minutes.

Not worth the Amazon rental price, but might be worth a look if it becomes a free stream down the road.

We have a winner!!!
jcallender12124 October 2018
This is it folks, the Holy Grail of "Rafts of Balls", a film so monumentally ghastly it will make your knees weep. I have to give it credit for achieving the impossible, it starts off badly, four unlikable nuggets on a road trip (AGAIN), being warned by the crazy local to stay on the trail (AGAIN), but then it manages to nosedive like a concrete pigeon,,, all the way to the ending, which isn't an ending, the film just sort of stops!!. Between the poor start and the film sort of stopping they have shoehorned in every cliché possible, they even come across a perfectly drawn massive footprint which one of them says must have been a bear, really!!, a bear with human shaped feet the size of canoes who hops around in the woods like a demented fur covered burglar. You have to watch this film, its a genuine life experience, much like being locked in a cupboard with a miffed gorilla, everyone should try it once. Hopefully enough people will see it for them to make a sequel, where a chicken with flick-knife terrorises a summer camp.

Time to get a real job!
freeryde-9744124 October 2018
Another one of Mill's disasters. Time to grow up and get a real job Jason. Saw your video on YouTube, "How to make a movie for $1000". Now I know why this movie is so bad.

If you love good bigfoot movies--Stay away from this!
jmc19698 February 2019
Just pure and utter garbage...Acting is horrible, budget was made on about 38 dollars. Characters are weakly developed, and poorly delivered lines. The "bigfoot" costume must have been so awful because at NO POINT during the film do they show bigfoot "without" the camera being intentionally blurred... And i mean "really bad". The ending could have saved the movie a bit, but even that was gawd awful and made no sense......Id recommend you see this movie if you want to just stare in amazement at how directors could really put this kind of garbage out.

INSUFFERABLE
richkiel30 July 2023
There is no plot here. The characters are annoying and moronic. The monster is nonexistent because they couldn't actually afford a costume. No one can figure out what goes on in this movie. The characters do dumb things and abysmal direction and editing confuse the audience even more. Nothing in this film makes any sense.

By the time you reach half, you just know you will never see the monster, and you are actually thankful for it, because with the budget they had, the only ting they could afford would have been a cheap monkey costume, similar to the one from Suburban Sasquatch.

There is a kind of 'twist ending', too. Probably the dumbest one in movie history. And not one of those 'so bad it's good' ones.

Awful!
mrohm-801385 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I've seen some pretty shite movies in my day but this one was top prize. The acting was awful, the deaths were unnecessarily stupid, oh, and the ending made no sense at all! Why was she handcuffed to the bed?! AND Bigfoot didn't kill anyone! That was the whole reason I even bothered with a BIGFOOT MOVIE!!! 0/0 if I could.

Nails on a chalkboard.
teebear8175 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
It amazes me that anyone finances these bottom of the barrel "movies". The nails on a chalkboard, refers to this brunette actress who does nothing for the last 30 minutes but whimper, cry, scream, sob, hyperventilate, gasp, etc. It went on so long i wanted to pull my hair out. AGGRIVATING!!! When the deliberately confusing, muddled ending came, the wife and i just looked at each other. Others have talked about the blurry pics of Bigfoot. That was pitiful and unacceptable by the inept director. Some movies are so bad, they are good, like Night of the living dead. This movie is so bad, that its BAD!!!

Timepass movie
akprudential25 June 2023
I watched this movie yesterday on 25th June '23 on YouTube. Considering it's low budget movie, the overall movie is not bad. It's not a great movie but cannot be said bad as well. It's below average because there's many technical flaw in the movie. The acting is average of all the actors. In the beginning, when I started watching the movie, it was dull but after sometime it got interesting. The movie doesn't create horror as claimed about the movie. The bigfoot creature is not shown; rather it's shadow is used to represent it. The end part of movie is worth watching. I hadn't expected the end as shown in the movie.

Don't know why people are saying 1 star, cause its a 10!
hannahrosalee18 August 2019
I actually really liked the movie for a low budget indie. Just because you don't see bigfoot straight on and BIG IN YOUR FACE, doesn't mean the storyline is jeopardized. The film is revolving around human error and stupidity, and the fact that Bigfoot isn't the monster... The human kind are. If people actually watched this for what it was they would think it is a 10 as well. For a low budget indie I loved it. Hopefully there will be a sequel!!!

There you go.

That's what this movie is.

'Shriek Of The Mutilated' 2.0
guestar-494659 October 2017
We are huge marks for any/all BIGFOOT movies.

This one even 'Adam The Woo' would love at least admire some efforts in making of the film.

2 Couples set off for a romantic time in the woods.

Without 'Jumping The Shark' aka showing Big Foot to us too soon, We get terrifying glimpses of what might be lurking.

People scream,People Die, and show keeps going as if to top the last scene before.

Awesome indie Bigfoot film. Crazy turns that I did not see coming. Would be cool to have a sequel to see what happens to the lead.

Underrated!!

I love low budget films and this is a good one. Great atmosphere and music. Well developed camera angles and concepts make for a film that will entertain any fan of Bigfoot films.

Shaun's girlfriend has a mustache
kaseydo2 September 2022
The chick with the long hair has a mustache, it's not even the lighting lmao.

Movie was recorded with a soup can and shot on graph paper in a cardboard box. The sound mixing sounds like someone dropped their iPod in a dough mixer and somewhere in the music you can barely hear the dialog. The blood looks like it came from a party city makeup kit. You can see it start to peel off her forehead. The blood on shauns face is orange jello, It isn't even the same color as anyone else's blood. The "big iron" is a .22 or a pellet gun.

9/10 because I'm pretty sure guy declares he has 4 rounds in the gun and makes a big deal out of it then the final shot count comes to 5.
