Rockets, racism and terrible greenscreens

I cannot believe this garbage has above a 3/10, this episode is full of racist lines and extremely unfunny jokes. In "The Big Bang Theory" I at least know when I'm supposed to laugh, I don't but that is beside the point. In this depressing and terribly written piece of garbage I cannot tell what the hell the writers are going for with each scene. Is it supposed to be depressing? Is the depressing section supposed to be funny?

I would give it a 0/10 but IMDb doesn't offer anything under a 1.
