- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Brazil's Interlagos circuit] One of the hottest circuits but fairly straightforward apart from some very sharp bends. There are also some very long straight sections which are ideal for overtaking the slower drivers.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing South Africa's Kyalami Circuit] Set high in the mountains, the major challenge is to overcome the effects of the thin air. The reduction in air pressure means less drag, but the oxygen-starved engines produce less power. One of the shortest circuits, with a few long hills.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Mexico's Hermanos Rodríguez circuit] Another high-altitude track, with lots of twists and turns, and one very long straight allowing impressive speeds to be built up. Based on a dry lake bed, this is a very bumpy circuit and is one of the most demanding in the championship.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Monaco's circuit] Considered by many to be the event of the Grand Prix season, this tight twisting city circuit is notorious for the lack of places to overtake. Consequently, a good position on the grid is essential if a driver is to be successful.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Spain's Barcelona-Catalunya circuit] Situated on the plains of Andalucia in the far south of Spain, this is a twisting circuit with very few places to overtake. This frustrating aspect along with the number of slow corners, combine to make this a demanding race.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Britain's Silverstone circuit] Built on the site of a wartime bomber base and using former runways, this is an extremely fast circuit. It is renowned for the fast hard corners which put extreme forces on the drivers, which means accurate cornering is essential.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing France's Magny-Cours circuit] A newer circuit, packed with curves and bends, but with some long straights which allow for overtaking a number of very tight hairpins, chicanes and blind corners make this an ever demanding circuit.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Hungary's Hungaroring circuit] Twisting and turning as well as hilly, this is naturally one of the slower circuits. It's also one where a good grid position is of importance, because very few overtaking opportunities will present themselves during a race.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing San Marino's Imola circuit] A hilly circuit and one which requires some exceptional driving if victory is to be achieved. The combination of very tight bends, some long sweeping bends and not quite straight straights ensure that the drivers must be at their best.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Canada's Gilles Villeneuve circuit] This circuit is enjoyed by both drivers and spectators alike. Set on a small island, this is a medium speed circuit which is made up of some very fast sections punctuated by some sharp bends and two hairpins.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps circuit] The timing and position of this track means the weather is changeable. The circuit is hilly, twisting, and demanding. It's also, surprisingly, a particular favourite with the drivers who enjoy the demands made by such a unique circuit.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Germany's Hockenheim circuit] A mix of chicanes and long straights makes this a compromise circuit, where the foils must be set to allow speed on the straights, but also some grip for the chicanes and tight bends.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Italy's Monza circuit] Famous as much for the fanaticism of the spectators as for the race, the Italian Grand Prix is a very special occasion. Although there are chicanes this is still one of the fastest circuits, so be prepared for some very fast racing.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Portugal's Estoril circuit] A bumpy, hilly track, this is a compromise circuit made up of straights, and some very demanding curves. Getting the foil settings right on this circuit can make all the difference between first place and merely finishing.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Japan's Suzuka circuit] A medium speed circuit, where the stretches of bends make overtaking all the more difficult. This makes a good start position all the more important, although one long and gentle curve gives some room to improve your position.
- Mansell's Text Narration: [describing Australia's Adelaide circuit] In name a street circuit, but one which is faster than the traditional ones, with a medium speed and lots of room to overtake. A sequence of ninety degree bends add to the challenge, though, to keep the drivers on their toes.
