Sadly Messmerizing

This is another incredible episode from this relatively new series. Everything about this series works to make it compelling From the first episode I was struck by the way this TV series is put together. The opening is movie like. It draws you in. It has the look of a feature film. And since these are all true stories. The real-life people caught up in these crimes are interviewed. And those interviews are very well done. And the producers do a sensitive job of telling what is in all cases a sad story. This particular episode is about fourteen-year-old girl who because she was bullied at school. Changed her way of getting home from school. As the story unfolds we get to see all the important details of the original investigation and of the investigation by detectives many years after the original crime. And as is so often the case in stories like this. We see very clearly there's more than one victim in this case. And excellent series, that doesn't disappoint.

Bullies have blood on their hands

Warning: Spoilers
Tragic death of such a young girl. Such good detective work and putting the pieces together. After they revealed the killer and events leading up Its hard to not have disgust for (not only the killer) but the bullies who in my opinion have blood on their hands for her dying. Sure lots of kids throughout time have been bullied and they don't resort to murder so it's not like the bullies can be prosecuted or anything like that but I wish they could know that they had a part in that girls murder. Steve Carlson is ultimately to blame of course but, they are not innocent in her death.
