I find the Megan character to be really really annoying and I can't tell if it's the actress or the writing that makes her annoying. I get it that she's supposed to be this "super fun" character but really, she thinks she's funnier than she is- which makes me think it's the actress.

This Episode begins with Owen and Nathan, they got reunited with Megan. Stephanie has left the hospital, she is in Texas now. Meredith wants to do Megan her bowel surgery. Megan wants to go back to Iraq when she is better, she also has a adopted child there. Owen gets reunited with Teddy. Meredith performed Megan her surgery. Meredith and Richard perform Megan's second surgery. Arizona is kissing with Carina, she is family of Andrew. Meredith can't close Megan her bowel, she has not enough tissue for that. Nice First Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 14, a great start of the Season. Meredith is doing Megan her surgery, but it is not going to plan!
Meredith's Sandwich blooper

Approximately 44 minutes into the show, Meredith and Alex are sharing a meal while talking. Both are eating from a take out box. If you watch, Meredith's partial sandwich (in right hand) gets smaller, then larger, then smaller, she eats the final bite and camera angel changes. Suddenly the small last bite is back in her hand again! Not integral to the plot but a definite blooper.

Owen's sister was another actress in a flashback episode.... and now they bring this other person? Why??!!
And really, JUST STOP THE WAR STUFF (flashbacks or whatever).
Nobody except muricans think going to war is doing a good thing. It's like pretend to care for an old lady when in fact all they want is her jewelry.
