Grapes is a short film that serves as tribute to my late Grandmother, Dora Pesante. I lived with her for 3 years in my 20s, and in that time, she taught me a great deal about life and responsibility.
Grapes is a story of Raymond, a burnt out stoner that stumbles home from a night of smoking marijuana. Upon turning in for the night, he encounters his Grandmother, a sharp old woman that sends him on a wild goose chase as a lesson for coming home stoned.—Ramon Pesante
