Highly entertaining interview with producer Ivan Reitman who sheds a great light on the Canadian film industry back when he was trying to breakthrough. The main focus of this twelve-minute piece is the David Cronenberg film RABID and Reitman shares some very good stories about its production and how he sold it to Roger Corman. He also talks about another project that he and Cronenberg came close to doing before the director was lured into doing THE FLY. Fnas of Reitman or of RABID will certainly want to check this out as the producer does a very good job at keeping you entertained with the stories as well as making you have a better understanding of the Canadian film process back in the 70s. He talks about how to get the funding needed for the film and how to market them. This here is very much worth watching.
