Excellent Episode with a sad+happy ending
27 March 2017 | by See all my reviews

CONTAINS MINOR SPOILERS.

I loved this episode titled 'Page 23'. This episode feels like the episodes from Season 1 where one character was emphasized more. In this episode, we see the backstory of Regina/Evil Queen. The flashback mirrors some previous episodes where our Queen is trying to find whereabouts of Snow. But then it escalates to something else. It shows who Regina hates and it's herself.

Then in the present day we see a battle between Regina and Evil Queen. And at last the Queen chapter is closed. We see how Regina embraces her dark side with Queen embracing her good side. And here, the evil part gets her happy ending too.

The Hook/Emma part is super sad. Emma finds Hook's secret and Hook decides to sail far away from Emma but then well, no spoilers but it's a sad ending.

Overall, this episode is a good one. The acting is great. We have flashbacks! And lot of storyline is getting intense. I applaud Lana Parilla. She's so great and don't forget to get tissues as the end will make you cry.
