- There are some mild references such as in the misson fng if you do the obstcle course mac says you crawl like old people screw.
- The mission after the end credits is called, "Mile High Club." (A term used for people who have sex on planes during a flight). This is not meant to be in a sexual context as the mission doesn't have anything to do with said event.
- The sexual term "Wanker" is used in the game.

- this game is the least violen call of duty
- Multiplayer isn't as bad as the campaign, but the campaign has blood pools, the campaign is suitable for a mature 10-11 year old.
- Violence is heavy throughout gameplay where shooting someone spurts blood however you're able to turn this feature off. You shoot Nazi terrorists. (Whoever left this review is wrong, they areny nazis)

- During the end of the final mission, you see multiple main characters getting killed by being shot in the head by the main antagonist, before you get passed a pistol and shoot the antagonist in the head (blood is shown, very emotional series as you've become emotionally attached to the character's throughout the game.)
