- Your character uses guns, rifles, flamethrowers, and spells to kill demonic foes. The foes burst into cinders when killed, but your character bleeds when s/he gets struck. This would most likely be a T-rated game if not for the fact that throughout the environments are grisly aftermaths of horrific and bizarre killings. There are substantial amounts of gore literring the environments.

- The game features many dark fantasy elements, but the lore and story of this game is so vague and poorly explained, it's difficult to feel any kind of tension beyond the game's insane difficulty. The narrator's voice might be creepy if he didn't frequently flub and misread his lines.
