Interesting, yet contrived

This series seeks to bring together a number of diverse character studies of people living in Atlanta, GA. The characters themselves are compelling enough for a soap-opera, but unfortunately the levels of acting among the cast is very inconsistent--ranging from adult community theater to painfully amateur (the best actors here tend to be the ones simply playing themselves). And although I personally found the plot and premise overall to be interesting enough to watch all the episodes, the actual writing for the dialogue is very contrived (and at times downright cringe-worthy). Sometimes good writing compensates for bad acting (and vice-versa), but you simply do not get that benefit here. However, for an "indie" internet series, the polish is actually pretty high; great photography, direction, editing and concept overall.

One of series easy to appreciate for obvious good intentions and for nice try to explore social aspects in fair and, in some measure, profound manner.

A series about ordinary people front to tough choices, challenges , mechanic of relation and options, each proposing his answer , not always the inspired one but enough for remind the roots of crisis.

Good cinematography, fair portraits of characters and their motivations and not so bad acting.

Decent but, unfortunatelly, not more.

So, a series giving not surprises but not bad stories , few interesting characters and storms of situations and souls. For me, I admitt, it is just enough.
