She is vicious and will even kill a fellow gang member if she is thinking that they will tell who fired the fatal bullet. By the episode's end, we know why she thought like this.
We also see a scam against the elderly when Anthony's Alzheimer's stricken widowed mother, makes withdrawals up to $30,000 to give to one of these blood sucker's.
The ethical dilemma found by Frank when he laces into a police officer he catches texting and smoking while on the job. Frank issues him a summons and as the young cop has a good reputation, Frank gets fallout from the local cop's station. What a diplomat Frank is is in the way he handles the situation.
