Chocolate makes you fat, alcohol makes you addicted, and for the transport of fruit, megatons of CO2 are blown into the air. Does the perfect product exist? Only if Linda finds this one, she will escape the horror supermarket.
Linda just wants to buy quickly a bottle of Barracuda for her long-awaited rendezvous with Tom. Finally she discovers a supermarket, but this one turns out as strange after a few minutes. Constantly there are announcements, giving background information about the products added to the cart. A too committed man is focusing on Linda's shopping cart and also the sales assistant of the supermarket behaves rather than a guardian. It gradually becomes clear that she won't get out of this hell of a supermarket easily. More and more the story develops into running the gauntlet for ecologically and economically correct products, she couldn't win. The short film satire "Shopping Tour" is about the doubts and concerns that worry people while shopping. The "moral" supermarket shows strikingly the difficulty to act correctly during shopping.
