Gigantic property with a restaurant, bar, hotel, and lots of social space area where people could enjoy the beach. This place was right on the beach, so their customers could eat, drink, go to the beach, and have a great time. Customers are unhappy that they are being served frozen seafood when the restaurant is right on the beach, and fresh seafood markets are nearby.

Brian got the money to buy this from his brother, and Brian has no idea what he is doing. His best friend is the chef. Chef Ben shows up when he wants to, and is happy serving frozen food to the customers.

The only part of this place that is succeeding is the bar, and a lot of that is because Brian likes to give away free drinks when it gets late and he is drunk. This place is run like a total disaster and trainwreck.

Brian has some good employees who know what to do, and want to do it right, but he only listens to his best friend, Chef Ben. There is no point during this episode where it seemed like the lights ever turned on in Brian's head. Chef Ramsay made the changes that he usually makes, and Brian claimed to be on board, but it seemed unlikely anything would change.

Four months after this show, Brian finally canned Chef Ben. This place survived about four years after this show, which is pretty good. It was sold, rebranded and revamped by new owners. Now it is called Sunrise Sands Beach Resort.
